The Dark Siren Exalts!

Greetings -- I am the Dark Siren Sally, not so new to Exalted any more (not that I don't still feel like a n00b!) Some know me better as Mieu, or Mieu Sedai, mostly those I communicate with through IRC.

I created this page mainly to showcase some of the Exalted characters I have designed for various campaigns and for my own amusement, because I've slowly but surely fallen in love with the setting and all its complexity, and love to write about it. Because I am a person who thrives on character interaction, dramatic scenes and the (okay, more than occasional) emotional moment, my writing tends to reflect those preferences.

This page is falling into disuse, I prefer using UnshapedWiki now. Still, there's times I will want to post characters and ideas here!

Ongoing

• Ember Days aka Realmgame - Kicks off in Realm Year 768, in the month of Descending Fire. The PC's meet at a wedding gala a year after their graduation from their respective secondary schools. Deep-rooted rivalries burning amidst the partygoers leads to the death of an important figure at the event. The intrepid PCs will find themselves in a position to choose a side, or none at all, as suspicions rise and the stakes are raised.

Ideas

• Black Calyx Salvation - Small Celestials game I am making so my sis can learn Exalted (Ex1, unfortunately. Gah, I don't even get 2 yet.) A former priestess of Vesperna has been corrupted into an Abyssal Exalted, and an unusual group have been contracted to stop her and her undead hordes. But where does Black Calyx's salvation lie: in destruction, or in redemption?
• Sidereal Office Space aka Heavengame - Just a silly idea. Also an excuse to write lavish Yu Shan descriptions.
• UnderworldGame - The next logical game idea after the Realm and Heaven. This one will never happen. :P

Solars

• Ryshassa Krauser - A Twilight Solar healer and empath with high resistance to pain and injury. She is a gentle, self-sacrificing soul deeply in love with her Sidereal caretaker and husband, Alexsei. (For GoldenCat's OpenRPG Exalted campaign, A Dance of Angels.)

Dragon-Blooded

• Cynis Atmadja - Atmadja is Ryshassa's hot-blooded, willful younger sister, Exalted as a Fire Aspect Dragon-Blooded. Atma recently graduated from the Cloister and has since joined the Wyld Hunt, in the hopes of locating Ryshy and the sinister man who stole her away from the Realm a decade ago. (NPC for GoldenCat's OpenRPG Exalted campaign, A Dance of Angels)
• V'neef Jadira - A Wood Aspect, explorer at heart, bow-wielding ranger with nature-themed sorcery spells. Bright and cheerful, kind and caring to her friends, but ready and willing to oust her enemies by any means possible! (For Kraken's *takes deep breath* Grand All-Creation Cross-Direction Quest.)

God-Blooded

• Melantha - Fae-Blooded courtesan/assassin with multiple personalities and a weighty obligation to her mother, Lady Crystal, once the loyal beloved of Master Sabati, Tower Artificier and Shaper of Worlds! An odd variant on the Dark Siren theme. (Created for Greymane's Of Fire and Iron.)

• DarkheartOne - Snagged him from #wod into what is now #unshaped! I think he's even more fae-obsessed than Rin. He's also a happy PERV. XD
• FiatVictrix - He who plays Infuriatingly Interesting Characters. And runs occasional gamage. I link him here JUST because he says his wikipage is nothingness. HAH!
• GoldenCat - aka Colapso! ST with a flair for the dramatic and a taste for epic battles. He runs ADoA. That alone is an amazing feat.
• Greymane - Awesomely creative guy, both as player and ST, who is surprisingly bashful about his creativity at times. We're both notoriously wordy at times, and perfectionistic about our work, so I can really sympathize. ^^;
• JDuel100 - Otherwise known as simply J. His relative quiet-ness makes him a bit of an enigma to me. He plays funky fae and stuff!
• Kazuki - My husband and chief collaborator! Player of Sidereals, mentor-types and dark protectors alike! Including my #1 hawt bishie priest/scholar with glasses, Alexsei. *fangirl swoon!* He needs more appreciation! I mean... my husband. But hey, wouldn't hurt if Alexsei got some too. XD
• Kraken - My favorite skwid! Seriously, one of the nicest guys I know, and I <3 to RP with him. Patient with my occasional moodiness and stupid Exalted questions.
• Morrigu - Stole her from #wod, too, originally. Known to be opinionated but has a sensitive, sympathetic heart. Plays her share of demongirls, priestesses, and the occasional RAWR I SMASH.
• Raccoon - This sneaky 'coon was one of the very first regulars of my olde channel back in its inception. Now he's into Exalted and ALL MY FAULT! I'm so proud.
• Seiraryu - Manu, aka Crow, aka all sortsa other names. He makes fun and entertaining chara concepts, (co-)runs some very cool games, and gives me lotsa bishie pics. YAY! XD
• Selina - The Dark Angel, a friend of mine for many years (since my Breath of Fire fandom days)! Aren't many people I have more respect for. <3
• SlipNine - aka Rin, our resident eccentric with the dry wit. But he's quite nice and humble, and I know his weakness! Mwahahah. *stalks him*
