I formatted one of these charms as per FormatStandards. You should do the rest, these look good. --DaveFayram\\ Will do as soon as i have some more spare time. off to work now! 081120031035 \\ Changed it from ALBO to LSIT, which I now think is the best Charm-formatting standard. _Ikselam\\ I've now formatted the rest of them for you. -Translucidity

Form of the Ideal

Cost: 6 motes
Duration: Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 2
Minimum Essence: 1
Prerequisite: None
Everyone has his specific tastes in a person’s looks and shape, tone, and scent, and these likes and dislikes can subconsciously alter many interactions.
The Lunar spends 3 turns weaving silvery trails of Essence, forming a pattern of reactive illusionary magic around her. The Lunar receives a bonus to all Bureaucracy, Socialize, and Presence rolls equal to their Essence score due to subconsciously being attracted to the Lunar. This charm affects males and females both, regardless of the Lunar’s current gender.
Any character that observes the three turns of preparation is immune to the effects of this charm.

Flaw Erasing Discipline

Cost: 5 motes/2+ motes
Duration: Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Charisma: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite: Form of the Ideal
Every person, Exalted or otherwise has many small imperfections that he would like to smooth over. This charm lets a Lunar Exalted use shapeshifting and illusion to enhance her appearance, taking off the 'rough edges' so to speak, and enhancing herself to a stunning physical appearance.
A character who activates this charm adds her permanent Essence to her Appearance score for one scene.
This charm may not be activated by any character currently in her Deadly Beastman Transformation Form.

Deadly Injury Enhancing Glamour

Cost: 4 motes
Duration: Up to 24 hours.
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Charisma: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite: Flaw Erasing Discipline
The character uses her mastery of shape shifting, and illusion to temporarily fake her own death. By forcing her body to make even a small injury look like a mortal wound, and masking her physical state with illusion, she takes on an appearance almost indistinguishable form death.
After the damage is rolled for any successful attack against the Lunar, this charm may be activated. When activated the character immediately slumps to the ground, appearing to be dead. Only a careful examination and a Perception + Medicine roll, difficulty 3 + the characters essence will reveal that she is not dead.
While in this state, the character can hold her breath 10 times longer than normal, and she does not need to eat or drink. Although the character can use her senses of hearing, touch, and smell normally, she cannot see or move while this charm is in effect. She can act normally as soon as she ends the effects of this charm.

Deadly Predator Escaping Method

Cost: 8 motes, 1 Lethal Heath Level
Duration: Appearance in Turns
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Charisma: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite: Deadly Injury Enhancing Glamour
Knowing when to escape from an enemy is easily as important as knowing when to fight, and escaping while an enemy is distracted is even better.
When activating this charm, the character creates an illusion of herself, and then forces part of her life force into it, giving it a real, if temporary body. Roll the character’s Dexterity + Dodge difficulty one. If this roll succeeds, the character has successfully hidden he true location and placed the fake body in the way of the attack. This body is then immediately affected as per Deadly Injury Enhancing Glamour.
The character’s actual location is hidden from the senses as Unseen Walk of the Shadows for a number of turns equal to her Appearance. At the end of this time, the Lunar becomes visible again, and her 'corpse' dissipates in a puff of silver essence.
The Dexterity + Dodge roll granted by this effect is an actual dodge, and if it fails the character cannot use a 'real' dodge. This is a perfect dodge, but cannot be used to dodge undodgeable attacks.

Shadow Weaving Motion

Cost: 2 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite: Form of the Ideal
Shadows are the friend of many creatures of the night, and so are they the friend of a Lunar.
A Lunar can snatch bits and pieces of shadow and weave them together with illusion, thus cloaking her presence. This provides a bonus to any one stealth or larceny roll equal to her Appearance, but does not apply to larceny attempts against inanimate objects, such as lock picking.
This charm will only function if there are shadows already in the area close at hand, although any small amount of shadow will suffice.

Shadow Dragging Concentration

Cost: 4 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite: Shadow Weaving Motion
Learning to remove a shadow from its proper place and cover herself with it like a cloak, a Lunar can improve her clandestine abilities a thousand fold.
To activate this charm, a character must find a shadow of sufficient size to cover her body. Her own shadow would not count, although the shadow of a similarly large creature would suffice. She then removes this shadow, and quickly covers herself in it.
For the remainder of the scene, all actions the character takes treated as of they were supplemented by Shadow Weaving Movement.

Darkness Invoking Gesture

Cost: 5 motes
Duration: Until released
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite: Shadow Dragging Concentration.
Darkness in the home to many nocturnal creatures, much the same as a Lunar who masters this technique.
A character invoking this charm is surrounded in a sphere of utter blackness, which only she can see through. This sphere has a maximum diameter of the Lunar's essence in yards, although it can be altered to be smaller if the Lunar desires. Other characters caught in this effect are considered blind, and are at -4 dice to all physical actions.
No light will penetrate this darkness, but charms and effects that create magical sunlight, such as Glorious Solar Spike, Corona of Radiance, and a Zenith Caste’s anima at the bonfire or higher level will negate this effect.
This charm persists until the Lunar stops committing motes; the effect is centered on the character, and moves with her.

Shadow Melding Meditation

Cost: 6 motes
Duration: Appearance in turns
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite: Darkness Invoking Gesture
Moving beyond the ability to manipulate ambient shadow, and even beyond creating them, the Lunar learns to temporarily become one.
For the Lunar's Appearance in turns, she becomes insubstantial, and may move through any opening that light could normally pass through. While a shadow, she may move at twice her normal movement rate, and is not subject to gravity, although she must still move along solid objects. This grants her a bonus on all Stealth rolls equal to her essence.
As an immaterial being, she may not be struck by mundane weapons, nor can she physically interact with her surroundings. Energy discharges, sorcery, charms, and objects made of the Five Magic Materials will affect the character as normal.

Fading Light Strike

Cost: 3 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite: None
The character cloaks her attack in flickering shadows and light, making it difficult to defend against.
The difficulty of any defensive action against an attack enhanced by this charm is increased by half the Lunar’s Appearance score, round down.
This attack has no effect on opponents that do not rely on sight, nor does it apply to defenses that do not require the defender to be aware of the attack.

Thousand Strikes of the Shadow

Cost: 3 mote
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite: Fading Light Strike, Shadow Weaving Movement
Her form blurring and multiplying her attack, and rapidly taking the art of feinting to an unimaginable level, the Lunar appears to become a torrent of motion, seeming to attack from every direction at the same time.
The character may make a number of attacks equal to her Appearance score. At the declaration of this action, the Lunar’s player writes down which one of her attacks is the single real attack, the rest are all illusionary and cause no real damage.
Defenses against this attack must be declared as normal.

Unanticipated Illusionary Strike

Cost: 5/8 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite: Thousand Strikes of the Shadow.
Quickly projecting a web of reactive illusionary essence from herself, a Lunar lets her opponent predict and block a completely illusionary move, while she strikes at a undefended vital area.
Make an attack as normal, which cannot be parried, only dodged. Also, this attack is treated as unanticipated and only charms and effects that let a character dodge attacks they are unaware of may be used to defend against this attack.

Blurring Defensive Motion

Cost: 3 motes
Duration: One Turn
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite: None
Weaving the light around her, the Lunar makes her form blurry and indistinct, making it difficult to predict her movement.
Add the Lunar’s appearance score to all dodge or parry attempts (chosen when activating the charm) for the rest of the turn. These bonus dice are Appearance dice, and do not count against the Lunar’s Dexterity die maximum. This charm may be activated twice in a turn to add to both dodges and parries.
This bonus does not apply against any attacks that no not require sight, or ignore difficult conditions.

Blurred Form Style

Cost: 5 motes/ 7 motes 1 Willpower
Duration: Essence in turns/Scene
Type: Supplemental/Simple
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite: Blurring Defensive Motion
A character invoking this charm draws illusion and light closely to herself, cloaking her form and hiding her true position and actions.
The character gains a number of bonus dice to all attack rolls equal to her essence score as her form shifts and flickers. All targeted, non area of effect attacks against her have their difficulty increased by half her appearance score round down.
This charm grants no bonuses against opponents that do not rely on sight, nor does it apply to defenses that do not require the defender to be aware of the attack.

Fracturing Prism Image

Cost: 4 motes
Duration: Varies
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite: Blurred Form Style
Throwing a weave of illusion in front of herself, and then splitting it out in all directions, the Lunar forms a number of flickering images of herself, tricking her attacker into attacking an illusion.
This charm creates a number of illusionary copies of the character equal to her essence. The Lunar’s player rolls her Appearance + Stealth against a difficulty equal to the number of successes her attacker gained on their attack roll. If she succeeds, the attacker has been fooled into striking one of her images. Prism Images of the character behave in all ways like the character, and if struck dissipate immediately.
If any images are left, they persist until they are struck, or the character is, and grant the Lunar a reflexive Appearance + Stealth roll against any attack that she is aware of.
If the roll fails, the successes on this roll are subtracted from the attacker’s total successes for purposes of determining damage, and the effects of this charm immediately end. This charm counts as a dodge action, and cannot be used to dodge effects that do not allow a character to dodge.
(The effect of this charm is to grant you a number of Appearance + Stealth 'dodge' rolls equal to your permanent Essence, which ends after that many 'dodges' or when you are hit.)

Thousand Prism Reflections

Cost: 3 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite: Fracturing Prism Image
As Fracturing Prism Image, except that the character may reflexively create more images of herself at a cost of 1 mote, up to a maximum amount of images equal to her essence/may reflexively spend 3 motes to 'refill' her number of illusions.
If the character is struck, all the characters current images vanish, but the charm does not end.

Unseen Walk of the Shadows

Cost: 10 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite: Thousand Prism Reflections, Unanticipated Illusionary Strike, Shadow Melding Meditation
This Charm allows the Lunar to vanish completely from the five senses of those around her, rendering her completely invisible and partially immaterial. She leaves no footprints, or scent, and will not trigger pressure sensitive traps.
Until the Lunar performs an offensive action or her anima flares to bonfire aura or higher, she cannot be seen, heard, smelled, or touched. If she performs an offensive action (that is, any effect that can cause harm to a living or animate being), the effects of this charm immediately end.
An opponent that has some way of sensing the Lunar may still attack her, although they do this at a difficulty of 2.

Fourfold Trick of the Light

Cost: 10 motes, 1 Willpower, 1 Lethal Health Level
Duration: Varies
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 5
Minimum Charisma: 5
Minimum Essence: 5
Prerequisite: Flowing Body Evasion, Unseen Walk of the Shadows, Deadly Predator Escaping Method
Pulling on her deepest reserves of knowledge, illusionary mastery, and shapeshifting, the Lunar simultaneously forms a fourfold defense against any attack.
A lunar who activates this charm creates a number of images of herself as Fracturing Prism Image, but the difficulty of the first defensive roll is automatically 1. If this succeeds, the character avoids the attack as Flowing Body Evasion, and is rendered invisible as Unseen Walk of the Shadows, with the exception that this effect completely mutes her anima banner for a number of turns equal to her Appearance score. Her illusionary replicas remain in the same place as the Lunar was when she activated this charm.
When the last image is struck down, it leaves a corpse as per Deadly Predator Escaping Method.
This is a dodge effect, and if it fails the character may not attempt an 'actual' dodge roll. The character’s movement may carry them out of the reach of successive attacks, and this effect may be used to foil extra action charms. This is a perfect effect, and may be used to avoid any attack.

Nice Charms, it's a pitty that there are so less illusion charms in Lunar Exalted upon the release. White Wolf bent the whole setting to much in the direction of shapechanging. It's good to see I'm not the only one who has this oppinion. I will add some of the Charms I created as soon as I figured out how this site works ;-) -Greetings from Germany by Falling Leaf

These are great. Much better than anything I've come up with. My one suggestion is that you might try and mix them into the existing Charm frameworks. There are very few trees in the Lunars book which only consist of one Attribute, and no Attributes that never share a tree with Charms from other Attributes. Although, a few of these seem a tad underpowered. A few ideas:

Form of the Ideal: This seems a little underpowered to begin with. I see no problem with reducing its cost to, say, four motes and having it add the character's Appearance in dice.

Fading Light Strike: I think having it subtract the character's full Appearance would be appropriate.

Fourfold Trick of the Light: Isn't this more like a combo?

Just some friendly suggestions, IMO, YMMV, etc.
