Heliopaths
Remismund, He Who Folds In Thrall, writes:
In the Ukta Marish mountains of the South dwells a Garda bird, On-Wings-Of-Brass-And-Truth, who is maddened and diseased. He has taken the form of a man with six arms of fire, which continually drip sizzling blood; this blood contains the venom of his madness. It poisons the mountain flowers and the streams that feed the lowlands, and those who drink it are seized by a fascination with sunlight so mad that they beat and abuse the horizon when nightfall approaches, and try to raise the sun with dancing fires that rise from their hands. Many die in the grip of this frenzy, but the survivors ever after can manipulate flame, wear it like a garment, fold it and cast it through the air. It is believed that certain victims of the All-Colour Fever deliberately inoculated themselves with this illness, that they might make art from flame.

There's already a link to a phantom Ukta Marish from The Answer Stone. Can we have one phantom from two entries? - Voidstate
I rather think that we need to; with every entry spawning two phantoms, if both are always new we'll run out of room for new phantoms by the time we're halfway through the alphabet. - Quendalon
It does seem rather an oversight on the part of whoever designed the game. I wonder what other groups playing it have done? - Voidstate
