Mitza the Winnower

As reported by Stalwart Wasteland Prince, in a missive to Chejop Kejak

Most Honored Elder, I have pursued the investigation of the murder in the Fate of Loom as you have directed me, and I must report the following:

The body discovered within the Fate of Loom does not belong to any God known to Exalt or Celestial today; apparently, it has come to be due to a mishap in the actual loom-weaving process. Apparently, the body found is a prototype of the weaver gods currently working in the Loom; apparently, it is a being from a previous timeline. Current files on loan from the Forbidding Manse of Ivy identify the body as belonging to the prototype known as Mitza the Winnower.

Investigation has led to the discovery that Mitza's function was essentially that of organizing the distribution of positive and negative destinies and fates to subordinates, with the appropriate endings being sent to the Chosen of Endings for immediate execution.

Mitza's oversight included attaching dark Fates to such notables as Blade of the Mountains and Metaphysical Vision. Apparently, some trace of infernal resonance suggests that Mitza was working with a temporal distortion dealing with a being whose fate-threads correspond oddly with those of the former Mother Itinerant when it abruptly ceased to function.

Attached, please find notes on the following, for the establishment of Mitza's methodology:
