So what sort of devices would be retained by one of Creation's oldest, and probably most influential Exalts? You tell me. I'm going to alter the scale to go from 2-N/A instead of 1-5.

Bauble of Tangled Ivy By ArabianNinja

One item that is notoriously held be Chejop Kejak is the Bauble of Tangled Ivy, a small and perfectly round Green Jade Sphere that has been carved to appear made entirely of Ivy whose seams are so cunningly hidden. The puzzle itself is rather simple, parts of the Bauble can be turned to change the patterns upon it so that they are out of alignment, then all one must do is simply re-align the puzzle to complete it. By channeling 4 motes into the Bauble of Tangled Ivy, it begins to dis-assemble itself revealing the Starmetal core which holds the carving of a Lotus in blossom. While it is unfurled the person who committed the motes may enter into it a single written message into the core which is immediately consumed, and the Bauble closes again Keeping the content of the message perfectly hidden. If the Bauble is given to the intended reciver of the message they will instinctively know how to solve it, at which point the Bauble unfurls and the message is recieved. Anyone trying to intercept the message instead finds the puzzle much more difficult (Difference Equal to the Essence of the person who entered the message). In his later years, Chejop simply regards the Bauble of Tangled Ivy as a trinket of fond memories from his early yearrs, and often plays the puzzle for no other reason to enjoy it, or for when he wishes to act like he is ignoring others around him to anger or confuse them with an air of seeming calm and disinterest in them.

Given the occluded nature and the propensity for secrecy amongst the Children of the Maidens, it is not unusual for the odd Sidereal to get tired of hearing "Oh, wait.. who are you again?" "Do I know you?" "What do you mean you're my husband?" With that in mind, (and remembering that Chejop was once a young man himself), it is not strange to find that in his posession he has this interesting and singular artifact. With a small expenditure (2 motes) for the next (owner's essence x days) he will be memorable to a person of his choice; if he so chooses he can roll his charisma+essence against their willpower+awareness to generate a mild feeling towards himself (affection, friendliness, attraction, loyalty)This effect is at a -2 difficulty if the person would feel this towards him anyway (old friend, wife, ex lover, subordinate)or +3 if they have no reason to feel the new emotion (strangers, heterosexual attempts at attraction) and will fail against those disinclined to feel so (enemies) The effect is in no way resistant to his actions over the given days; if he is a jerk he will lose friends, uncouth lose affections, and untactful or overforward lose attracted interests. This item is something he relies upon to make a good first impression and to save himself the trouble of maintaining older contacts; if he so wishes, he can remind them of where he stands with them with this item, rather than spending time reinforcing their connections.
Eternity Held In A Moment Amulet</b> Han'ya

Sometimes, time just runs out. Whenever you need a moment to think that you don't have, whenever you are too slow to dodge that swordstroke, this artifact would come in handy. Unfortunately, Chejop Kejak has the only on eknown to exist. Taking the form of a large amulet resembling a cross between a shield and a trilobite, consisting of pure starmetal, and with a single hearthstone socket, the amulet either slows time or accelerates the user's movements. Nobody has had the opportunity to determine which it is, since it is hardly ever used. Kejak has never given it to another, and would only use it when he is attacked and cannot defend himself. Being one of the more senior Sidereals, this would be, like, NEVER. Mechanically, this artifact subtracts six ticks from the Speed of all non-social actions taken by the character. The Amulet must be set with a level-3 Celestial hearthstone or greater to function, and no motes may be regained from the heartstone. If the hearthstone is greater than level-3, it counts as level-(Original level-3) for the duration of its stay in the artifact, and motes are regained accordingly. Special bonuses are not gained from socketed hearthstones. Storyteller determines other mechanical side effects, e.g. moving at 6 times normal speed to onlookers. PLEASE NOTE: This artifact may ONLY ONLY ONLY be activated when the bearer is engaged in a combat with an opponent or opponents whose two highest combat Abilities total higher than the bearer's.
Mister Bug</b> DeathBySurfeit
<b>Artifact ••••• Toy Spider Commitment: None (automaton)
Mister Bug appears as a small replica of a pattern spider, with cutely exaggerated features and a lovely red-and-white finish on his porcelain shell. When addressed by name, Mister Bug responds cheerily to any request made of him. Whilst not particularly strong or resilient, Mister Bug can climb walls rather easily, and demonstrates the same fate-cloaking and adaptive camouflage seen in the Armour of The Unseen Assassin. This is a by-product of its main function - Mister Bug acts as a reporting and alteration mechanism for the Loom of Fate.
If asked, Mister Bug will give precise and exact information on the precise status, nature or activity of anything inside Fate, and their relations to one another. This is a perfect Investigation effect. He tends to twitter on a bit, but will happily condense information if asked. He can readily forecast the state of things in the foreseeable future, although that muddies somewhat where the affairs of Exalts are concerned (pesky personal destinies). At request, he can also perform perfect astrological effects (as many effect points as desired).
Chejop is reluctant to use this last function, however, as he finds it seems to make Mister Bug act erratically. Every three times that ability is used, Mister Bug enters a strange sort of Limit Break. For the next week, he enacts all kinds of alterations to Destiny based on his perceptions of what Chejop wants. These are almost unerringly incorrect (if well-intentioned), and he doesn't feel the need to tell Chejop he's doing them - although he will stop a given effect if it is pointed out to him.
Mister Bug was a gift to Chejop from an anonymous donor, and refuses to talk about them (and that alone). His Motivation is "To serve Chejop Kejak", although he is delighted to be assigned to anyone by his master.

This Artifact is held by Chejop Kejak, though no-one but he himself knows of it, as his greatest prize is his greatest secret. As the greatest hinderance to a Sidereal is that while they carry the divine Rank as an officer of Heaven and can expediate any need, they are still but one man, this tool changes that.
The Door of Here and Now, of Tomorrow and Thereafter is in actuality an elaborate, double sided full Length mirror, whose reflections it casts are slightly hazy to look at. It appears to be made of no-known material, and other than its odd reflections has no real distinguising Feature other than its frame appearing to be made of slightly pitted grey-wood, that gleams softly as if recently polished.
To use the Doorway to its fullest extent the user must stand infront of it for a full hour and focus on his own reflection and himself untill every subtle detail from the wrinkles in their face and the folds of their clothes is committed perfectly to memory. Once they have done this they may step into the mirror itself and after a fleeting moment, they will step out again from the reflection on both sides.
This is not really a reflection of any-kind, it is wholly and truly themselves, an exact copy with no discernable differences in any way shape or form. There are now two of the person who stepped through the Mirror, they may act seperate of eachother with no limitation or boundary, they are both free willed and may do as they like, but they are always the same person.
This reflection will allow the User and his reflection to effectively be in two places at one time, untill the time of Calibration when the reflection will Fade and die of its own accord.
Because they are both the same person, different things can change their perspectives in the time they are apart, and indeed, can argue with one another over their actions either seperately or as a whole. Chejop Kejak being a man of great ideas has, more than once in his ownership of the Door, had to track down and stop himself from doing anything which may have interceded himself, with word or by force, one side, or the other.

I'd suggest limiting the theme a bit. "Things that powerful people have" isn't really much of a restriction on the artifacts themselves. "War-toys of Hu Dai Liang" or "Ligier's favourites" immediately bring ideas to mind, for example. - LeumasWhite

Han'Ya, your artifact is hideously, hideously powerful. Such a potent effect is more befitting an N/A artifact, and would likely see use all the time. Killing someone? Zoom. Writing reports? Zoom. Fetching coffee? Zoom. At that price, Ketchup Carjack can afford to use it all the time, too. Also, please reconsider the Willpower commitment cost - this is quite unprecedented...DeathBySurfeit
It only works for combat actions. And I modified it to be less powerful, since I actually think you're right about that. I've been struggling with this idea for a while, mechanically. And the reason it isn't an NA-rated artifact is the Willpower commitment. You think something like that is gonna be easy to use? Plus, you gotta consider that not everybody is walkin' around with a 3-dot Celestial hearthstone and doesn't mind using it as a battery. And please don't capitalize the second Y in my name.
