Ardeleth

Ardeleth is a client state of the Kingdom of Halta. It borders the nations of Talinin, Bloody River, and Jarrith, and is north of the Valley of Shards.

Aside from being a client state of Halta, Ardeleth is also an ally of the Bull of the North (if you're using the Bull in your campaign).
Cities
Only one city is canonical: Fallen Lapis, the capital. It was devastated through Celestial Circle Sorcery (specifically, Cantata of Empty Voices) during the Realm-Bull War.
