This book describes the kingdom of Halta, which can be found in the Northeast. Sadly, it includes little data on the Haltan's longtime enemies, the Linowan. However, it also includes a wealth of information on the local Rakshas, and is one of the primary sources of information on the Bull of the North's war with the Tepet legions and the legion's subsequent destruction.
