Ok basically went the supplemental route, i would have gone with Extra action but it's not really allowing another full-pool action, can also extand the effect to more than two targets - as long as you hit off course, though that wouldn't really be Two Target Method =), <br>I believe this can make this charm more than just a Speed-bump, allowing some nice combos.

I think the 2m cost is ok but can see it at 3m. I can see some nice tactics and stunts with this charm. - [[Hugh]]

Official Version

This charm allows the character to attack two targets with the same arrow, splitting the successes on the attack roll between the two targets. Lunar, page 156.
