They do not register, the illusions are made of light. However I just leave reasoning like that to STs and players. They also register as illusion of you're using Essence-sight because they have no material form. Touching them reveals them as mirages. But I think all this is inferrable from the text of the Charms and doesn't HAVE to be outright stated. - [[Telgar]]

Rising Heat Deception

 Cost: 5 motes
 Duration: Instant
 Type: Simple
 Min Socialize: 3
 Min Essence: 3
 Prereqs: Warm-Faced Seduction Style

Creating a simple mirage of similar appearance to himself a Dynast is able to make anyone searching for him follow the wrong track with ease. Anyone without a very good look at the illusion will think it is the real thing and chase after it instead. Though it lasts only a few seconds, it can provide all the distraction required. A Perception + Awareness roll is required to notice the illusion for what it is, difficulty of the character's Essence. The illusion lasts for 1 turn and runs or moves in any direction the character desires. Its existance adds the character's Presence to the difficulty of any roll to follow his movements. Failure results in chasing the illusion.

Mind-Hazing Vision

 Cost: 5 motes
 Duration: Indefinite
 Type: Simple
 Min Socialize: 4
 Min Essence: 3
 Prereqs: Rising Heat Deception

Warping light and color around himself a Crimson Dragon can appear as nearly any person he wishes. As long as the Dragon-Blooded stays out of bright, direct light and no one makes physical contact with the illusion, he may present himself as having whatever humanoid appearance he desires so long as it is reasonably close to his own physical size. This counts as a disguise with as many successes as the character has dots of Essence.

Fickle Face of the Foe

 Cost: 7 motes
 Duration: Indefinite
 Type: Simple
 Min Socialize: 4
 Min Essence: 3
 Prereqs: Mind-Hazing Vision

By taking command of the light around another person the Dragon-Blood is able to create a deceptive illusion that transforms the appearance of another person. This Charm functions exactly like Mind-Hazing Vision except that it can be used on another person. The victim is instantly aware something has happened as the illusion feels somewhat hot and is just as visible to them as it would be to anyone else. Any Exalted can dispell the mirage by igniting their Anima at a 10 mote level or greater.

Heated Brain Perception

Cost: 5 motes per mirage, 1 willpower
 Duration: Indefinite
 Type: Simple
 Min Socialize: 4
 Min Essence: 3
 Prereqs: Mind-Hazing Vision

Creating a construct completely from light and the deceptive influences of heat allows mirages of people and objects that have no physical substance. These illusory visions can be conjured anywhere within the character's line of sight and be of any size desired but only a number of seperate illusions equal to the character's Essence. These illusions can make simple, uncomplicated movements to heighten their effectiveness but this Charm is unable to simulate highly active phenomena like dancers or a battle.

Alluring Desert Mirage

Cost: 10 motes, 1 willpower, 1 health level
 Duration: Indefinite
 Type: Simple
 Min Socialize: 5
 Min Essence: 4
 Prereqs: Heated Brain Perception

Mastering the art of the mirage to rival nature's own power, a Crimson Dragon can create an illusionary world that takes on an aspect of reality. Sacrificing some of his own blood to the illusion, the mirage gains faint substance. Unlike previous mirage-based Charms, this Charm applies only to a single target. That person is immersed in an illusionary situation that is limited only by the imagination of the Dragon-Blooded using this Charm. It requires an Intelligence + Awareness roll, difficulty of the character's Essence, to see through the illusion. To that person, the illusion is tangible though it can do no harm. Other people who can not see the illusion can attempt to convince the target that the illusion is not real, but this simply reduces the difficulty of the roll to see through it by half.

Directing the Deceptive Light

 Cost: None
 Duration: Permanent
 Type: Special
 Min Socialize: 5
 Min Essence: 3
 Prereqs: Heated Brain Perception

Though normally the illusions created by the previous Charms are visible to everyone who looks at them, with great care the light can be molded so that it reaches only the eyes that the Dragon-Blood wishes. Illusions created with any of the mirage-based Charms can be made visible or invisible to any number of people according to the wishes of the Dragon-Blood. Those who can or can not see the illusions must be specificed when the mirage is created and can not be changed without re-creating the mirage.
