Season of Air
Spirit's Rebirth or Fate's Day - 28th Ascending Air
Counterpoint to the Spirit's Death holiday, this is believed to be the day when Spirit's blossom back to life. This day is a lot of celebrating in the North, so much so that work is halted on this day. No northern town will work on this day, that has been an age old traditon unbroken by the realm, the fiar folk, or the deathlords. In the cities of the Hislanti League this day is also known as Fate's Day. While they respect dreams, dreams on this day are said to be most potent and truest of all. It is believed that adults dream their future on this night and those who remeber their dreams have an edge on the future. (though not always long-reaching future.)

Second Spark - 1st-12th Resplendent Air
This is a time in the South when, despite the season, things warm to simular temperatures on would fins in Respendant Fire. It is believed that long ago the Fire and Air dragon's fought and after 12 days, the fire dragon won. His prize would be that he would hold 12 days in the other dragon's tenure. He chose Respendant when the Air Dragon would normally be at his stongest. (the arrogant prick.) For these tweleve days all of the south enjoy a 12 day leasuely holiday, and even relax with their duties. Members of the realm like to call this time "Slaker's holiday" even though many escape their work loads to travel south and enjoy the pleasant weather. When this holiday ends, the air dragon repays his borther well. On the sunset of the last night, harsh cold winds whip up and the next day is filled with storms, and chilled wind. The fourteenth still has chilly winds but storms stop, after the frouteenth weather resumes to normal. It is rumored that this effects happen elsewhere, but such effects are slight if at all.

Season of Water
Swell or Mare Festival on 17th of Resplendent Water.
A water festival celebrated on the coast of the south, they celebrate good fishing and the Water Dragon's birthday (14th) Also celebrated further inland, the oases swell to one and half again their normal height, and the water in them stays cool until drunk. Its a good omen to start travel through the desert on this day. Even warring barbarians will cease hostilities in this day, so not to disrupt the spirits.

Season of Earth
Festival of Declaration - 4th Ascending Earth
This "Dark Day" as it's called in some places, is celebrated virtually everywhere. This is the day of all the men declaring their love for their sweethearts. The custom is to give a earthen toned gift of affection (chocolates, dark meat, dark clothes, ect.) There are various tradition based around this holiday, such as in the south, they give the gift before dawn and don't declare their love until the sun has set. Among other ideas.

Festival of Requittal - 4th Resplendent Earth
"White Day" is the opposite of "Dark Day", and partner to the Festival of Decliration. On this day it is the woman's turn to answer and return her affections for the men or man who declared their love for her in the month previous. Gifts on this day are typically white or silver to show the purity of her love. Like the "dark day" there are reigonal traditions such as in the West women leading their men to the shore and giving their gifts among the while foam of the surf. ect.

Season of Fire
Rain of Stars - 15th-21st Descending Fire
This is a holiday once trasured in the first age, primarily among Sidereals. This week Stars rain down from the sky, and are even visible on most nights. This is a great time for Starmetal gathering. Even though the holiday has been demonized by the Order, Sidereals all over creation still celebrate it in secret. On the last day, for those who watch, they will get the gift of seeing stars as they seem to retreat back up to heaven...

Spirit's Death - 28th Descending Fire
This northern holiday is believed to be the last day when Spirits are alive and active. While this isn't really true, they believe this day is a bad day to start projects or begin travel as the spirits are most active this day, and are sure to curse bad luck on anything of the sort.

First of all if a page like this already exists, feel free to switch this into a link back to that page or whatever.
Anyway I just found out that we have a CreationCalendar page, a TimeinCreation page (it looks at dating systems, i.e. types of calanders), and a CreationTimeline page. This seems to handle all the dates well, but this gave rise to a thought: what about a holiday page? So I created one.

Formatting suggestions: I suggest that each holiday be put on its own sub page with the notation on this page given as:
Holidays/HolidayName - (number) day of (month) - Practiced in (Location)
and a note of who created it if it is non-cannon or a note of where it can be found if cannon. The format for the sub pages can be found atHolidays/HolidayName.
