Extra Material for “The White and Black Treatises”
The Heptagram's staff, Mishiko's tomb, a description of the sorcerer-exorcists of Lookshy, a new legendary tome, a couple of new spells, and a bunch more meta-sorcery Charms (as well as a more extensive system for them). (I'm warning you, that last is quite extensive.) Posted 2.7.07.
Again, co-authorship credit goes to Dustin Shampel. For this book, Dustin and I wrote the drafts for sorcerous academies, Schools, tomes and some other stuff, and revised some spells.
My editorial comments are in [bold brackets].

Update
2.8.07: There are some concerns about what I posted, but I don't have details yet. I do have general permission to do this, as for instance when I posted the "Scroll of the Monk" cut material, so don't worry; I probably won't have to take everything down.
Later: Apparently White Wolf wants to review this particular material one more time, and will be getting back to me.
2.15.07: ... Eventually.
9.6.07: Believe it or not, I am still working on this. The material is still waiting to be reviewed again by the main line developer. I really like this material, and I did my best to go by the strictures laid on me by White Wolf when they first gave me permission to post cut material, so I'm going to continue to pester him as much as I dare. I am considering posting a few rather minor bits from Oadenol's Codex, but obviously after this I am somewhat concerned about such a course, so let's see how this shakes out.
1.28.08: I still haven't heard one way or the other, and by this point that almost certainly means "no", right? I wish I could tell you guys more, but I don't know any more. I'd continue pestering J. Chambers, but I'm wrapping up my RPG-freelancing stint as of this month ... so, I'll mention it to him if I spot him at a convention or something, but otherwise I give up. Sorry -- I really did do my best. I know there are still "black market" copies of this material out there on peoples' hard drives, and I should tell you all to please not distribute it. If you've already read it, I'm happy to answer questions, though.
Comments
Thanks to Blaque for correcting me an Bhagwei's sex, and for asking for clarification on the School Charms.

May I move a copy of this text to the white wolf wiki? ~ Kukla
- I would be thrilled if you did. I think I even have a UserPage over there, albeit with nothing on it. I've meant to do it myself, but I haven't had time to learn the new wiki's markup. If you could also bring along the main Shataina/CutForWordCount page, that would be perfect (it has necessary disclaimers).

PS. Really, anyone feel free to post this elsewhere as long as (a) it has my name and contact info on it, (b) you let me know and (c) you don't charge for it.
Re: Eventually - pester them. It rarely annoys them, 'cause they know how bad about it they are, and it can turn "six months" eventually into "six emails" eventually. - IanPrice
- I'm doing my best. I don't want to pester John Chambers too much, because I know how crazy, crazy, crazy busy he is with "Scion". Plus he is, you know, my boss. I called him about it a couple days ago and I'll call again next week.
