Changelog

12/02/05 - Revamped STAB to make it more canon and a bit less intimidating.

12/01/05 - Finished the Tech trees, ye gods. Ungh.

11/27/05 - Split my dice pools and created Pokemon of Darkness pages, because the Appearance stat sux0rs.

11/25/05 - Basic writeup on Shadowed Pokemon, thank you Colosseum for making my life harder.

11/24/05 - Ganked the Poketype skill bonuses, because too many of them were silly. Nerfed Evolution and buffed starting Strength. This levels the playing field considerably when training up single-tier Pokemon instead of three-tier Pokemon; a three-tier is still more powerful, but not as much. Buffed starting Willpower, allowed Growth increases for Willpower and subbed Will+Pre for Presence attacks - big change, this actually makes a special attack Pokemon powerful again.

11/23/05 - Instead of Poketype substituting for Movetype, I have reinstated Movetype as offense and Poketype as defense when determining relative strengths and weaknesses. This prevents Ice Beam from being used as a Grass attack and similar silly things.

Peanut Gallery!

Interesting... very interesting. I do have to wonder what would be preventing some smart-ass No-moon, Twilight or exalt with the knowledge and ability, from modifying a pokeball so that it works on things other then a pokemon... like fae, ghosts, spirits, demons, elementals, dragonblooded, lunars, sidereals or even solars (obviously a master-ball would be used here). ~ haku

  • Hrm, I'll put up something more officially-worded along these lines, but the short version is - for the same reason you don't try lighting a fire with bacon. These artifacts are designed solely for the mystical whozatical beastie that is a Pokémon. - Veav

- I've had some thoughts along these lines- more making Pokemon out of the existing elements of Creation than wholesale introduction. This might be useful- SJE/YasalCrystalDuellist - SJE
