Story Teller: Hayako smiles. "I am here because I need to be here. Because your names are written in the stars."
Maylin: *raises a brow to Hayako* written in the stars, as a death warrent?
Story Teller: She shakes her head
Endless Chase: *The creases on his brow fade, and he closes his eyes, a deep exhale, and he lowers his sword*
Story Teller : "I am not here to kill you, Chosen of the Sun." She nods to Endless Chase. "And Moon."
Maylin: well that's a comfort at least. And I suppose that is all you can tell us?
Endless Chase: *mumbles something to himself*
Story Teller: "I am not here as a representative of any agency. This is my time off."
Zenleigha : Its an odd way to spend it...
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she covers Ember's head with her left arm, trying to block out the noise, now would be an inopportune time for her to wake*
Story Teller : "Tracking down old friends? Is that odd to you?"
Pathian : define friends
Zenleigha : Exactly
Maylin : A vacation in the jungle, I know it's my dream *finger combs her curls delicatly*
Story Teller : Hayako smiles slightly.
Zenleigha : *readjusts her sling on her shoulder*
Dancing Ruby Wings : *sighs* She is in the tapestry, as our companion.....
Pathian : from what i remember, and what others have said... we did not part on the "best" of terms
Story Teller : "I could tell you a parable, I suppose? Isn't that what sages on the mountain are supposed to do?"
Maylin : Everyone else seemed to remember her but me...
Endless Chase : The past of this exaltation is haunted by memories of betrayal and abandonment. I am sick of it.
Zenleigha : I saw her in a dream.... saying that our souls had gotten loose and that we must be "put back"
Zenleigha : *narrows her eyes*
Endless Chase : If we can...put that past behind us, it will be one more thing that I can move away from.
Endless Chase : For now, Hayako, I will listen to what you have to say.
Maylin : that's a shock!
Story Teller : Hayako's eyes twitch to Zen for a moment. "Odder than I thought..."
Dancing Ruby Wings : *nods* I had that dream as well, Zen...
Zenleigha : *arches a brow* what do you mean?
Zenleigha : *to hayako while nodding to Ruby*
Story Teller : "Dreams of your past incarnations are perfectly normal for a new Exalt, and they even come occasionally to an elder."
Story Teller : "Dreams of the present? Those are another thing entirely."
Zenleigha : Well perhaps you should be more careful when next plotting. Evidently you were overheard.
Maylin : Don't tell me that *rubs her forehead* I have enough to deal with right now
Endless Chase : I say you too. Watching all of us, saying that we had all found each other, and that you were going to come to us.
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she gives a short chuckle* It's all been pretty strange to me
Zenleigha : *smiles to Ruby* indeed
Story Teller : "Oh, when I was talking to Nara-O?" She chuckles. "I think time has clouded your memory. I said you could not be put back."
Zenleigha : ((*looks up dream*))
Dancing Ruby Wings : *raises a brow* Could not be put back where?
Story Teller : "The Jade Prison."
Story Teller : ((Distant crash of thunder))
Dancing Ruby Wings : *blinks* Where?
Maylin : a prison of money? I'm alrady there, it's called the gem business
Maylin : *had not had the dream*
Pathian : a prison mad out of jade? .... an artifact of some kind?
Pathian : *made
Pathian : one ment for imprisioning the solars?
Zenleigha : Thats exactly what she meant
Zenleigha : *yay for having figured it out before*
Zenleigha : *in game for that matter*
Story Teller : She nods to Pathian. "Yes. After the battle at Meru, the greatest sorcerers among us captured the Exalt sparks before she could go back to Lytek and imprisoned them in a great prison of Jade traced with Starmetal."
Story Teller : "We sunk it to the bottom of the ocean, to prevent it from ever being broken."
Zenleigha : But someone broke it
Pathian : aparently it didnt work
Endless Chase : You failed then.
Maylin: Actaully, out of all of us I think she's the last that failed
Story Teller : She nods again. "The stars said it would stay safe, and so we set no watch. But not everything is reflected in the stars.."
Dancing Ruby Wings : So then...how did it break?
Endless Chase : The living dead...
Story Teller : "I do not know."
Endless Chase : It must be.
Zenleigha : *turns to EC*
Endless Chase : Alaethis said that they are new to this world.
Story Teller : "The Dead are not reflected in the stars. Neither are the banished Primordials or their servants."
Endless Chase : And the return of the Solars came with rise of the dead soldiers.
Pathian : why would they want to break the prision?
Endless Chase : He told me something too.
Endless Chase : He was told that an ancient Lunar found the scent of his mate on one of them.
Maylin : *keeps quiet, but it's scrawled across her face that she has a theory*
Pathian : it seems to have released the solars back onto the world... and the solars and the undead dont seem to get allong too well
Endless Chase : There is something the same with them and with you *indicates the solars*
Zenleigha : *thinks deeply*
Maylin : Are we all fogetting the tomb?
Story Teller : Hayako waits patiently. The DK elders look at everyone curiously, but say nothing
Zenleigha : What if the solars BECAME the undead?
Dancing Ruby Wings : Wait...which tomb?
Zenleigha : *lifting her head slowly*
Maylin : there was another tomb mentioned, and it wasn't any of ours
Pathian : unless we are going at it from the wrong angle
Endless Chase : And Ma...I mean Alabaster Chimes...
Zenleigha : Exactly..
Maylin : and recall that he wasn't given a choice
Endless Chase : We all saw the vision...
Zenleigha : *nods*
Pathian : we knwo that he WAS one of us

Story Teller : "Maenin? You know where Maenin is?"
Maylin : perhaps...
Zenleigha : Maybe
Maylin : *isn't going to be the one to tell her*
Endless Chase : No. As far as I can tell, Maenin is no more.
Zenleigha : Well, we did see him. We don't have a falcons feather to tell us where he is now
Maylin : you just don't like him, Endless Chase.
Endless Chase : He has not returned to the Solars as the resot have.
Pathian : we know what became of the one who was maenin
Story Teller : Hayako turns to Pathian
Maylin : *signals him to silence behind her*
Pathian : maenin has risen again as one of the servents of the...
Maylin : *her head falls into her hands*
Pathian : *sees maylin*

Story Teller : Hayako blinks once, then narrows her eyes. "I...see."
Zenleigha : *pats pathian on the shoulder* it's ok
Maylin : why me?
Zenleigha : Oh hus

Maylin : *<Because you're a fool,>*
Maylin : *glares at her cat* that's enough out of you
Story Teller : "Your trust in me is inspiring, May-chan."
Zenleigha : Don't call her that
Maylin : It's more a denial of the past...not all of my feelings for him have faded
Zenleigha : We're not friends in this life even if we ever were before
Dancing Ruby Wings : *brings a hand to her temples, attempting to aleve her pounding headache*
Maylin : she can call me whatever she wants, Zen, it's fine
Maylin : a friend where she is would be comforting
Zenleigha : A friend who would rather see our souls trapped in a prison?
Dancing Ruby Wings : Zen...*she stops*
Maylin : she didn't come here to kill us so she can't trap us, think Zen, I know you can

Maylin : *looks at Zen for a moment, then glances to EC* I see it now. *looks down*
Zenleigha : *raises an eyebrow but remains quiet*
Dancing Ruby Wings : Zen, she didn't even know who she was! Don't attack her like that, you know none of us can deal with that right now...
Maylin : DOn't, I've already been accused of being a traitor once, why not again?
Zenleigha : *her voice softens* May..... I didn't mean to imply you betrayed us.... you didn't ... you were just a little careless..
Dancing Ruby Wings : Why should we be fighting each other when the whole world is trying to bring us down too? It's....silly....
Maylin : Hayako, the black coin you gave me, why did you choose to use it now if you'd had it since Ashrielle?
Story Teller : "It was time."
Endless Chase : I think that we should let Hayako explain why she has come. She has allready learned much from us, and we havn't heard anything from her.
Maylin : YOu might have warned me it would tap into his essence
Story Teller : "By now, he should have plenty to spare."
Zenleigha : *oynx starts crying loudly*
Zenleigha : shhh *rocks her and the baby's wail only grows*
Zenleigha : Excuse me
Maylin : *glances at the sun to gauge the time*
Zenleigha : *slips out into the hallway, out of hearing to calm her child*
Story Teller : ((mid afternoon))
Endless Chase : So, why is it that you have come here.
Maylin : ((busy day))
Story Teller : "Some years ago, when doing routine maintenance checks, I noticed an enormous snare in the Loom. I ordered some mid level functionaries to fix it while I went myself to check out the source of the disturbance."
Endless Chase : Go on.
Zenleigha : *Oynx is sleeping again as Zen slips back in*
Zenleigha : *she leans over to Ruby and whispers*
Story Teller : "You can imagine what I found. The traces of a group Exaltation. Such a thing is unheard of--even in the First Age, there are only a few examples of such, and they all occurred during the battles against the Primordials."
Endless Chase : The four of us, back at the raid...
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she blinks once before she nods to Zen*

Story Teller : "Especially after we heard that the prison had been broken."

Maylin : here to see if we are like what we were when we were killed?

Story Teller : Hayako nods. "And because I had to get to you before Kejak found you."
Endless Chase : ((And EC is going to look like a mutant freak forever! :-P)))

Maylin : *scowls* I thought it was the Dragon-Blooded...
Story Teller : "Yes. That's what he wanted everyone to think."
Maylin : I distinctly remember a war strider arrow to the chest...
Endless Chase : Another person that's still alive from the golden age.
Endless Chase : Ow...
Pathian : so basically what you are saying is that it is no coincidence that the 5(6) of us have reunited again
Story Teller : "No. It is not. You were pulled together by destiny."
Zenleigha : Indeed.
Maylin : *looks at Ec* crap I am stuck with you.
Endless Chase : *raises an eyebrow*
Maylin : *sighs* so you're to report back that yes, we have Exalted and that we're too pathetic to form any real threat, yes?
Story Teller : "Report back?" She smiles. "Who said anything about reporting back?"
Maylin : *purrs softly to herself in understanding*
Story Teller : "I told you. This is my off time. I'm here of my own accord."
Pathian : so yu intend to use us for your own purposes then?
Pathian : *you*
Story Teller : "That depends, he-who-was-Seven-kun. Do you wish to cast down those who overthrew you and rule the world in glory and splendor?"
Maylin : can we get the glory and splendor without toppling the government?
Pathian: do you think that we can be trusted to rule in glory and splender? with out degenerating to the ways of old?
Story Teller : "Forewarned is forearmed."
Maylin : are you offering to help and teach us?
Story Teller : She nods. "As much as I can. You do not have centuries to gain raw power before you must move."
Pathian : true... i have no intention of repeating past mistakes *looks at Zen* but still that is not to be said for all exalted, or all who come after us
Zenleigha : *quirks her brow*
Maylin : You're talking about Lookshy aren't you?
Dancing Ruby Wings : Before we must move? What are we supposed to do?
Story Teller : "Win."
Dancing Ruby Wings : Thorns?
Pathian : no, i am speeking of how zen and i died
Endless Chase : Or more to the point, what do you think we are supposed to do?
Maylin : We have to win
Zenleigha : How we died?

Story Teller : Hayako smiles. "This is a fallen age. The Prophecy showed that if the Solars were overthrown, the world would continue, albeit less than it was."
Story Teller : "You can make it great again."
Zenleigha : *wrinkles her brow*
Maylin : with your aid of course. I've been trying to think of a plan for Lookshy, but I'm running into dead ends at every turn
Pathian : *turns back to hayako*and now someone, presumably the undead, has brought us back
Pathian : *back to Zen*
Zenleigha : You saw how we died?
Pathian : you havent seen it yet?
Zenleigha : ....no.....
Pathian : ...
Story Teller : Hayako says nothing, merely watches Zen and Pathian.
Pathian : it was not a pritty sight
Zenleigha : *nods*
Pathian : pretty
Maylin : *paces behind Hayako, muttering to herself*
Pathian : i.... i... i killed you
Zenleigha : *blinks*
Dancing Ruby Wings : *gapes* Really?
Pathian : *looks heartbroken*
Zenleigha : wow
Story Teller : "So that is what set of the defenses? I had wondered."
Story Teller : *off
Pathian : that is why there was nothing left of my body but shards of blackened bone
Endless Chase : Do not feel that you are alone, Pathian.
Endless Chase : What I did was no better than killing Ruby myself.
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she cringes* I don't like this conversation....*she feels SUPER uncomfortable, especially since Hayako is standing RIGHT OVER THERE*
Zenleigha : Oh...
Maylin : *pauses, counting something on her fingers before going back to pacing behind the Sidereal*
Pathian : yes, but did you let loose the weapon that finally took her life? *holds up dawn and dusk* is her blood on your mind?
Endless Chase : *sidles towards Maylin*
Maylin : *jumps at having him that close* I'm not doing anything damnit!
Endless Chase : I wish to ask you for something.
Maylin : yes?
Zenleigha : *rubs pathians shoulder* you are not him, nor i her
Endless Chase : *whispers*
Zenleigha : and knowing her... she deserved it
Pathian : but part of me is
Pathian : and that should not excuse it
Maylin : ::looks at him:: if I have one with me, of course, if you tell me what is going on ::goes to her pack and removes a small bag before leading him away::
Endless Chase : I wish it to be a gift.
Pathian : i know now why i was corrupt... i had never really understood it untill now
Maylin : *goes far enough away so they can't be heard and begins searching through the small bag* I see...*finds one and shows it to him* probably not as big as what you are looking for, but it will have to do.
Pathian : i killed one of my friends without any remorse in my heart
Endless Chase : Thank you, Maylin.
Maylin : *nods, closing the bag and going back to the others to put it away::
Endless Chase : Ruby, Zen, Pathian, Maylin, Hayako, I am leaving for a time.
Endless Chase : I will come back with food in a while.
Zenleigha : Where.....
Zenleigha : are you going ...
Endless Chase : I have some private matters to attend to.

Dancing Ruby Wings : *nods* Be careful...

Maylin : *sits on the steps and sighs softly*

Story Teller : "And I must go as well," Hayako says. "My absence will be missed otherwise."
Endless Chase : *Whispers into Ruby's ear* Find out what you can about her. I will like to hear everything later.
Dancing Ruby Wings : [evil lag of dooooom]
Endless Chase : *still whispering* Never mind then.
Maylin : you know where to find us, I'm sure, when you can.
Endless Chase : *He turns to Maylin again* And thank you again, May.
Maylin : *nods*
Story Teller : "If you need to contact me, I will be available every bright and dark of the moon. I know you have the proper methods." Her eyes flick to Zen for a moment, then away.
Endless Chase : *Changes into the shape of a raiton, something shiney in one of the lizard like claws*
Zenleigha : *looks innocently*
Story Teller : "I would give you something, before I go, if you are willing to accept it."
Maylin : I am
Story Teller : "Stand here." She gestures to the ground in front of her
Maylin : *stands and moves to be in front of Hayako*
Endless Chase : ((Isn't there...))
Story Teller : Hayako begins tracing patterns in the air, leaving soft purple lines behind her. She chants slowly, the cadence of the words accompanying her movements
Endless Chase : ((I met somebody named Cadence once...))
Story Teller : As her hand glows purple, she reaches out and touches it to Maylin's forehead.
Dancing Ruby Wings: *reaches out in fear, she remembers something like this*
Story Teller : Hayako lowers her hand. Maylin's eyes flutter for a moment...then open again.
Pathian: (well that was anticlimatic:-P)
Story Teller has entered the room.
Maylin : *whimpers and grabs her head* some gift...
Dancing Ruby Wings : *her hands drop, a sigh of relief escaping her lips*
Story Teller : "I have awakened some of your memories."
Pathian : what did you do?
Pathian : oh
Story Teller : "You will find them useful."
Maylin : *smiles softly* thank you
Pathian : can this be done to others?
Story Teller : Hayako nods. "It is relatively simple spell."
Pathian : would you be willing?...
Story Teller : Hayako gestures to the ground in front of her

Dancing Ruby Wings : *she steps forward immediatly*

Story Teller : She repeats the process.

Dancing Ruby Wings : *visibly cringes when she touches her forhead*

Dancing Ruby Wings : *she blinks a few times as she steps away* Wow...

Maylin : better than sex, isn't it Ruby? *smiles*

Story Teller : Hayako smiles slightly, but says nothing
Maylin : *looks to Hayako* thank you, Hayako, I doubt we'll be able to repay this
Zenleigha : What did you do to them?
Story Teller : Around her flares a blazing pillar of purple light, the symbol of Saturn prominent in the flare on on her forehead.
Story Teller : *and on
Pathian : helped us ro remember our past
Zenleigha : *wrinkles her forhead and steps forward*
Story Teller : Hayako chants again, and touches Zenleigha's forehead
Zenleigha : *flinches a little*
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she chuckles nervously* The last time you touched my forehead the results were not as pleasant....i was a bit worried at first too
Maylin : she can't kill me, remember?
Maylin : or any of us
Zenleigha : ....*blinks realizing the truth in this* ....
Story Teller : "It is understandable. You are young yet in your power, and unsure of your abilities."
Maylin : no, they're just not sure of mine
Zenleigha : *blushes*
Endless Chase : *Some short while after he left, Endless Chase lands atop the eastern tower, in the midst of the crystal globes, standing as a raiton before the golden and silver eagle statue.*
Endless Chase : *Does the best motion or a baw that a raiton is capable of*
Endless Chase : *And changes human*
Story Teller : "Goodbye, Chosen of the Sun. We will meet again."
Dancing Ruby Wings : *nods* Until then...
Story Teller : Hayako bows slightly, then walks off around the corner of the building
Story Teller : EC: "You again?"
Endless Chase : Relzya, protector god of that which rests here. I come bearing an apology.
Endless Chase : And a gift, as best I am able to procure.
Story Teller : "Oh?"
Endless Chase : *He pulls the gem that was given to him by Maylin from his fingertips, and spends much periferal essence, forcing it into the gem.*
Endless Chase : I am uncultured and un educated. I do not know what it is that you would prefer. In the best wisdom that I have, I bring you a thing of value to mortals, and infuse it with the power that is valuable to my kind.
Story Teller : "Ah..." You hear a sigh in your mind. "Smash it."
Story Teller : "Under the statue."
Pathian : (squishies)
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she sits down on the ground, leaning her back against the closest building, holding her head in her hands* That was insane....
Endless Chase : *Sets the gem on the ground under the statue, and uses the back end of Silver fand to shatter the gem, using all of his strength in the process*
Zenleigha : *blink blink*
Story Teller : The gem shatters into a thousand fine shards, and in your mind there is a sigh of contentment.
Endless Chase : ((D'oh, Fang))
Story Teller : "Thank you, Chosen of Luna. Now I will speak with you."
Maylin : and after that I need a bath and the rest of the story about this help the Dragon Kings need against the Ghoul King so, if anyone would like to show me where that wonderful grass is...
Endless Chase : I wish this to be a first step along a path that may lead to friendship, Protector God.
Pathian : your telling me...*raises a hand with a dart in it, and swings it downwards leaving a trail of shiny essence behind it... throws the dart at a tree limb nearby*

Maylin : not to mention where in the hells Foam is...*looks at Ruby* yes.

Endless Chase : My name, as I have chosen it, is Endless Chase. I have come to this city in search of things that will let my past lay to rest. I know allready that this place was once called my home, and that I am certain that it holds fragments
Dancing Ruby Wings : the grass is in the room you first step into
Endless Chase : of the past for me deep within it's darkest places.
Zenleigha : *nods* it'll clean you right up
Maylin : why don't you show me, Ruby. *gestures with her head*

Story Teller : "What is it you wish to know, Chase-keina?"
Pathian : i am going to go back down ans search for foam... i wonder where he has gotten himself off to

Dancing Ruby Wings : *she chuckles* I doubt Foam is still down there
Maylin : Zen, you're welcome of course, but you have to promise not to hit me...
Pathian : probably not now, but it WAS where we last saw him
Zenleigha : *Smiles* i'll come with
Dancing Ruby Wings : I also dont think that wandering around down there is a good idea.....the Mad Ones are the LEAST of your problems
Pathian : and if he wandered off, he could run into trouble
Endless Chase : I wish to know where these secrets may be found, Relzya-kami.
Story Teller : The Dk Elder makes a complex sign in the air at the mention of the "Mad ones."
Maylin : *links arms with Zen and Ruby, leading them down the steps*

Dancing Ruby Wings : *leads them to the elevator again*
Pathian : the forest that we grew up in had many dangers in it, these cant be any worse

Pathian : i hardly would think that, but one thing that i am good at is getting away

Endless Chase : Do you know of another that I can seek out? One that can lead me to some of the answers I seek?

Endless Chase : A god of the underways, perhaps. Someone who holds that domain as you hold the sky?
Story Teller : "The spirits of the vines are knowledgeable, though their knowledge is limited. The Fair Folk in the Western Tower may be able to tell you as well, if you can gain their attention. The city father of Rathess would know, (cont)"

Maylin : *enters the elevator when they get there*

Story Teller : M: The doors to the temple open, and a pair of giant goblins come out, looking at you.
Maylin : *looks at them* I'm here to see your master. I'm Maylin, he'll remember me
Story Teller : Alaethis bows to Sith and says something to him in High Holy Speech. Sith bows back, and skids off
Story Teller : Alaethis gestures to a corner
Zenleigha : *nods to Sith as he goes, an then follows Alaethis*
Story Teller : The goblins stare at each other, and then gesture you inside
Story Teller : Alaethis cocks his head to the side and looks at you
Maylin : *enters cautiously*

Story Teller : "You spoke to me of distance when we last parted."

Maylin : *approaches him and bows, trying not to look at what the group is eating*

Story Teller : Alaethis flicks his tongue out a moment, then stares into your eyes. "What is it, or do I need to ask?"

Zenleigha : *blinks* It's nothing

Dancing Ruby Wings : [that sounds really familiar...]

Zenleigha :*adjusts the strap of her baby shawl and trys not to wake her child*
Story Teller : Alaethis looks down at the baby. His hand warps and twists into a paw, which gently strokes the sleeping child's head
Zenleigha : ((damn thats weird))
Maylin : Filial *smiles to him* I trust you are well?
Story Teller : "I doubt it is nothing. I had been gone long, but I was eager to see you. You are not so eager to see me, and the conclusion is obvious."
Zenleigha : What is obvious?
Story Teller : "I am, indeed. Would you care to join in our feast?"
Zenleigha : *creases her brow*
Story Teller : Alaethis stares directly into your eyes. "Ruby. You're worried about Ruby and myself."
Endless Chase : *Tracks down Sith*
Endless Chase : Do you know of any places fabled to have housed my kind long in the past?
Zenleigha : Worried ? No, i am not worried. But I do think you should attend to her. You both have business that is centuries past being taken care of.
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she pauses in the doorway, watching them for a moment before she turns tail and heads outside into the sunlight*
Maylin : {Mastery of Small Manners! Don't want to insult him...}
Story Teller : "The past is the past, Zen-chan. The present is now. Did you think that because I have unfinished business which she-who-was-Ruby that I did not still care for you?"
Zenleigha : *turns her face aside blushing a little*

Maylin : I'm afraid that my visit isn't entirely pleasently social, but I thank you for the offer
Story Teller : He smiles. "I may be half an animal, Zen-chan, but I am half a man as well."
Story Teller : ((he's awake, and totally healed))

Zenleigha : *looks up, face still flushed*
Pathian : i went out looking for you a couple days back, to see if you were ok... i found you inside a building, with a plethora of small wounds, and i brought you back here
Story Teller : FW: "I am aware, yes."
Story Teller : EV: "I'm surprised those goblins didn't finish me off...were there any bodies?"
Pathian : we healed you up, and let you sleep for the last few days
Maylin : *blinks* well then, may I ask, why have you let it get to this state?
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she begins to go through her practice motions, swinging Answerer through the air with deadly precision, slicing through it with ease*
Story Teller : FW: "From decay comes rebirth. It is the way of all things."
Pathian : not in the building near you
Story Teller : A: "Do you think that, even if Ruby and I do have a connection, that I will no longer feel for you?"
Maylin : But decay is destruction. My lord you are residing in one of the greatest cities the First Age knew, and you can rebuild it again, perhaps better.
Zenleigha : No...*her voice trails*
Endless Chase : ((Oh, as a side not, anyone want to go to the House on the Rock some time?
Story Teller : EV: "Damn...they must have ate them or something. I can't remember how many I killed."
Maylin : *keeps her hands clasped polietly in front of her*
Endless Chase : *Procedes to leave*
Endless Chase : *Sees Ruby practicing outside*
Pathian : judging from your skill without being exalted, and the wounds on you i would estimate that you took a lot of them down before you passed out
Endless Chase : Having a good warm up, Ruby?
Story Teller : FW: "Only to see it fall again? The trees in the forest after a fire grow up the stronger on the ashes of the old ones."
Story Teller : A: "Yes. Exactly." He smiles. "That is one thing you do not need to worry about."
Maylin : But the fire came with the destruction of our kind, it is time to rebuild now
Dancing Ruby Wings : *halts her sword outstretched before letting it fall to her side* Yes...
Endless Chase : Good. Let the other's know that I'm going back to the...thing...with the jungle inside it. It's to the southeast, and Maylin knows where it is.
Zenleigha : *lowers her eyes a bit* But know one thing.... you can't have both of us Alaethis
Endless Chase : I have a feeing that there's something very important about it.
Maylin : ((except no one knows where May went....))
Endless Chase : I'm going to start getting rid of the jungle.
Dancing Ruby Wings : *nods* I'll let them know...
Story Teller : A: "I don't have either of you, Zen-chan."
Pathian : come my friend, you have been asleep for quite some time, let us go outside and warm up a bit
Story Teller : FW: "The fire wasn't hot enough. The trees are still weak, and rotten in their core."
Zenleigha : *looks up again, her eyes watering a bit*
Endless Chase : Thank you, Ruby-chan.
Story Teller : EV: "I could use a walk...I've been sitting down for far too long."
Endless Chase : *Turns into a bird and flies off*
Dancing Ruby Wings : You're very welcome, Chase-kun
Pathian : watch out for the dragon kings, they are a little startling at first sight

Endless Chase : *And very much like his wall, he midlessly gets to work emptying the ship of the jungle that has creeped within it*

Pathian : (goes outside with elder violet)

Story Teller : Alaethis waits patiently, occasionally flipping his tongue in and out of his mouth
Story Teller : The sunburst glitters on Filial Wisdom's brow. "This? How do you know who marked you?"
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she begins practicing again*
Zenleigha : You should talk to Ruby before it gets much later
Maylin : Because only the Unconquered Sun could do this, could give this mark, that is why we are Solars
Maylin : He chose you, not Han-Tha
Story Teller : "They call us Anathema. Perhaps I was chosen by a demon? Have you ever asked whether they are right?"
Story Teller:The air grows slightly chill inside the temple...
Story Teller : A: "You are right...perhaps I should talk to both of you."
Maylin : I am not a demon, although I have been called an Anathema...but those who called me it do not understand

Zenleigha : *she kisses him back, slowly but passionatly*
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she stops again at the sound of his voice, turning she chuckles* Hey there Violet

Story Teller : "Surprisingly well."

Story Teller : "So I have noticed"

Story Teller : In the temple, the air shimmers into the shape of a...thing. It's tall and grey and slope-shouldered, with long arms ending in claws and an enormous lamprey maw taking up most of its face

Story Teller : He nods. "Should I bring her here, or would you prefer to be left out of this?"
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she hoists Answerer over her shoulder* I'm sorry about earlier...I feel partially responsible

Maylin : *remains as calm as she can*

Maylin : *back with Aleathis, Seyjin rolls over onto his belly in his nap*

Maylin : My lord, please forgive me if I have offended, I did not come here to do anything more than arrange a meeting between Filial Wisdom and the leader of the Dragon Kings to bring Rathess back to its former glory.
Dancing Ruby Wings : *she starts, turning to face him with a nod* y-yeah, sure

Story Teller : Alaethis gestures to an alleyway: "This way."
