Amazingly Petite Body Technique

  • Cost: None
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Type: Special
  • Minimum Endurance: Varies
  • Minimum Moe: 1
  • Prerequisite Charms: None

Opposite to what one would expect, as the Gothic Lolitas grow in might and skill their bodies become more delightfully thin and lithe. However, despite their frail and weak appearance, they’re actually tougher and far more dangerous. Gothic Lolitas gain additional health levels by means of this Charm, which can be taken as many times as a character has dots of Endurance. Each Amazingly Petite Body Technique purchased provides one of the following, decided by the player at the time of purchase:

  • One -0 health level
  • Two-1 health levels
  • One -1 health level and two -2 health levels

No Stamina Humiliation Technique

  • Cost: 6 motes (plus 1 Willpower to drain Stamina)
  • Duration: Varies
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Endurance: 5
  • Minimum Presence: 2
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Absolute Lolita Endurance

Gothic Lolitas are hedonists in their own way. They revel on others’ humiliation, and actively seek it as their bittersweet nectar. This twisted crusade for dark satisfaction is one of the most depraved expressions of the Lolita’s angst. With this Charm, a particularly wicked Lolita strikes at a target’s physical inferiority to cause physical and mental anguish as well as embarrassment.

The Lolita may use this Charm whenever both she and the victim engage in any sort of physical activity that requires two or more people (from karaoke to breaking a piñata). The Lolita adds half her Moe (rounded down) to her roll if the activity they are performing is intended to be satisfying in any way (from the all-you-can-eat buffet or a wild ride on the insane Imperial Mountain Roller Coaster to a steamy uncensored hot spring h-scene). To activate the Charm, the Lolita must touch the skin of her to-be-victim. With a successful Wits + Stealth roll (difficulty 1); the touch can be made to seem like a suggestive caress, a pat on the shoulder or an unintentional push; or the character can just choose to attack the victim. Extra successes on the attack/Stealth roll are also added to the Charm’s effect roll.

The Lolita rolls her Endurance score, plus any bonuses she might have, against a difficulty equal to the target’s Moe. Each extra success on this roll reduces the target’s Endurance by one dot and gives the Lolita one mote of Moe. If the target’s Endurance is reduced to zero, the target becomes incapable of performing any action that would take more than one turn and the Lolita also gains one point of temporary Willpower, which can raise her total temporary Willpower above her ordinary maximum. Lost Endurance returns at the end of the scene. The effect is also dispersed if the player of a character with Medicine and Endurance at 3 or higher makes a successful Wits + Medicine roll at difficulty 3 to restore the weakened body.

The Lolita can spend one point of temporary Willpower when activating this Charm. In that case, the Charm drains points of Stamina instead of Endurance. If the target’s Stamina is reduced to zero, the target takes enough unsoakable levels of bashing damage to reduce him to Incapacitated state. The lost Stamina returns at the end of the scene (or before, if he is treated as explained above), but the damage must be healed normally.

Silk Armor Prana

  • Cost: 3 motes per point
  • Duration: Indefinite
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Endurance: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Endurance Insight of the Lolita

A Lolita can channel her Moe and wrap around her armor, giving it the lightness and softness of black silk. For every 3 motes spent, this Charm reduces both the fatigue value and the mobility penalty of the Lolita’s armor by one, to a minimum of 0. A fatigue value of 0 means that the Loli’s player need never roll to see whether her character becomes fatigued from wearing the armor. This Charm lasts until the Gothic Lolita removes the armor in question.

Relentless Loli Technique

  • Cost: 3 motes
  • Duration: One day
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Endurance: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Silk Armor Prana

As she makes an oath to the heavens and the NeverCute that she will not relent and bend before anyone, she chooses to survive merely on her own cuteness, allowing her to act at her full strength without penalties for sleep loss, exhaustion or lack of food and water. There’s no limit to how many days this Charm can be used in a row, but excessive use of this Charm can do horrible things to a Lolita’s baby-soft face. After a number of days equal to the character’s Stamina/Appearance (whichever is higher) + Endurance, the Exalt begins to suffer one level of unsoakable bashing damage each time the Charm is used. This damage does not heal until the character stops using the Charm. Once a character ends use of Relentless Loli Technique, she cannot safely reactivate it until all damage from the Charm has been healed. Doing otherwise only continues the process of wrinkling and bad hair days and stuff.

Blissful Masochist Meditation

  • Cost: 1 mote
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Useless
  • Minimum Endurance: 1
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Endurance Insight of the Lolita

Many of the Lolita’s enemies lose their will to fight when they realize the Lolita is actually eager to take the beating. Despite how disturbingly erotic this might be to some, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s disturbing. A character with this Charm may invoke it whenever she is struck in combat. For every die of pre-soak damage the attack inflicts, her player may roll one die. Each success on this roll restores a number of motes of Moe equal to the character’s permanent Moe, up to the character’s usual limit. A character cannot benefit from more successes on a single attack than her Stamina score.

Existence of No Feelings

  • Cost: None(3 motes per turn)
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Type: Special/Re-Useless
  • Minimum Endurance: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Blissful Masochist Meditation

Many Lolitas are indifferent and emotionless, and only the greatest Bishonen can make the hint of a smile come out of their faces. All Lolitas are also disturbingly indifferent to suffering, particularly those who know this Charm. This Charm permanently reduces all wound penalties by -2 each time it is purchased. It can be purchased multiple times, and a Lolita who purchases it 3 times is thereafter immune to all but the most imaginably terrible agony. Reaching Incapacitated still renders the Lolita unconscious, but this Charm also offers a countermeasure to this limitation.

A character with this Charm who has reached Incapacitated level may spend 3 motes reflexively at the beginning of her turn to act normally for that turn. This does not count as the Charm use for that turn. She still gets killed if she takes more damage, as normal.

Finally, the Lolita may spend the same amount of motes to gain her Moe in extra dice to defend against any effect that would affect her make her act against her nature or personality, or any effect that would change her opinion of someone (like the Bishonen Charms Karaoke, Inescapable Virtue, Wrathful Contenance, Unstoppable Seductive Spirit and Adjust Social Currents, and the Magical Girl Charms Attention-Grabbing Performance, Supremely Dramatic Speech, Emotion-Inspiring Performance, Aura of Terror, Aura of Seduction and Peace Maker). She may reflexive spent motes each turn to defend against continuous effects.

Reality Revision: A World Without Death

  • Cost: 15 motes
  • Duration: One scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Endurance: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 5
  • Prerequisite Charms: Existence of No Feelings

When the Loli says no, it’s no. She can deny anything, and it doesn’t exist. Even death is subject to her will. No matter how much suffering she goes through or how many times she is struck down, she just stands up again and fights until she’s attained her inevitable victory.

This Charm negates all wound and pain penalties for the rest of the scene. In addition, it grants the Lolita additional health levels below Incapacitated equal to her (Willpower or Endurance, whichever is higher, + Moe). She acts normally even when taken below Incapacitated level.

At the end of the scene, the extra health levels disappear. If she was below Incapacitated level, she falls unconscious but stable.

If she uses this Charm within the boundaries of a Saintly Girl Territory she conjured, she can spend 3 points of Willpower to extend the benefit of this Charm to every creature within the Saintly Girl Territory. This, however, can be quite inconvenient, as the effect of the Charm applies equally to friend and foe. Each character uses her own stats to calculate the number of extra health levels she receives.

Delicious Taste of Angst

  • Cost: 1 Willpower
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Useless
  • Minimum Endurance: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Blissful Masochist Meditation

Gothic Lolitas feed on the suffering, brooding and angst of others. A character can use this Charm whenever she:

  • Slays an individual single handedly.
  • Causes someone to lose points of Willpower or Charisma, temporarily or permanently

The Gothic Lolita’s player rolls Conviction. Each success restores one point of Willpower.

Comment =

Some sort of charm which saps other people's Endurance (perhaps in the effort to please her) would be appropriate, I think.

Good idea. I'll add the new Charm......one of these days. --Wings
Added the Charm you suggested, what do you think? --Wings

I like the Humiliation Technique; works well with the typical tropes, looks pretty reasonable. A World Without Death is pretty cool, too. -- JohnBiles
