Tenesene, the Track Unmarked, Reflective Soul of the Mountain Without a Peak

Tenesene is a small man, most of the time, who is followed by dangers and by hopes. He is unremarkable in appearance but for the massive storms that coalesce in his wake, unremarkable in appearance except that after his passage fields grow verdant for decades, and unremarkable in appearance except that a thousand times things of natures beauteous and vile exist because of him. He is small and stooping over a cane of blooming witch hazel, and where the butt of the cane strikes the ground, ripples echo outwards fainter than any eye can perceive or ear can hear. His appearance is always viewed as insignificant by those that he encounters.

Tenesene is a master of stealth, because he can hide near anything. He is a master of the big lie; asked to hide a murder, he will not hide that a man has been murdered, but he will make a great plague or war. Asked to hide the site of a battlefield, he will burn the world. His art is in making problems greater such that they are indeterminate, in making things worse to a degree where none knows what the problem was to begin with.

Charms
Making Things Great
20m, 2wp, simple, indefinite
Tenesene hides something by making it seem much greater. A path through the woods becomes a charred wasteland, a site of a murder a battlefield, a sickness a plague.
This is a perfect stealth effect; one incident seems a part of something greater.

Causes and Results
20m, 2wp, simple, indefinite
Tenesene takes something greater and makes it seem like it always was. A war has always been and a king has always ruled. The causes that led to an event are perfectly impenetrable to investigation; this is a perfect stealth effect.
