Scarab Of Health
Artifact ••
A small scarab, forged of the Sun's metal, gold, onyx and saphires about the length of a full grown man's thumb. Its worn around the neck, just like many protective amulets are though the only really important part is to have it touching your skin or held to your person by a chain of some kind. An anklet, earing, bracelet, all of these would work as well or even just holding it in your fist. While it is worn and attuned, the wearer can not be poisoned or catch any disease by any means just as if the character had access to Immunity to Everything Technique.
Carried by solars and trusted servants in the first age, these highly useful items have survived well over the years and are highly prized by all of the Dynasty. Though they are always made of orichalcum, the design and other materials use allow any exalted to attune to this artifact for 5 motes.
Artifact Traits:

I'm usually not big on artifacts that really just emulate another charm. I think that this would make a lot more sense if it were made out of a different MM, because why would Solars make an artifact that emulates something they can already do? If it were.. I dunno.. Green or white jade, I could see that being quite popular with Dragon Blooded.
Ikselam has a 5-dot hearthstone with a similar name, I forget what it does-- though I seem to remember his burrows under the skin. --dissolvegirl
It's actually an Artifact. It has a bunch of different health-related powers, and I'm not really satisfied with it. _Ikselam
I meant artifact. I just seem to be replacing the right sheep with wrong sheep today, where sheep = words. dissolvegirl
- Going by what Savant and Sorcerer says, anything that is a gauranteed perfect effect is something using Orichalcum. Making an item to do this means they save essence and willpower. Its effect is useful, and these things make useful gifts for other exalted. -BogMod
- See, I have not read S&S yet. I now see your point. --dissolvegirl
