This artifact looks like a white scroll covered in fine silver patterns. when unfurled the inside is covered by reflective black text that seems to writhe and strain to leave the surface of the scroll. Ingredients: White jade, mercury from failed moon-silver production and white hair from a poet who killed himself from despair are used to construct the paper. The Ink is made from soul steel blended with black blood from a demon.

This weapon is made form two magic materials and can be fully attuned by both Dragon Blooded and Abyssals.

It has the following powers:

When the scroll strikes a target and the raw damage exceeds the targets MDV the text will crawl onto the opponent and make the target suffer a stacking -1 internal penalty to all actions against the wielder for one hour. This is an emotion effect. (To level 3)

The scroll can be used to attack targets up to Martial arts *2 yards away and can initiate clinches on such distant target as the scroll wraps around the target. (To level 2)

If clinching a foe the scroll it will wrap around her and hold her in place, this protects the wielder from harm should the target gain control of the clinch only enabling them to escape or try to disarm the wielder. Also since the scroll does the clinching the user is not rendered inactive but must hold the scroll and remain in range of the victim. (To level 4)
