        Is given extremely light punishment, as Wu-Go-Ma-Xa doesn't request charges to be brought on the child.
        He does make one request, which is granted: a few hours alone with him.
+24   : Censor of the West catches the child tampering with the fate of a group of females mortals.
        Due to lack of certification, put into jail for the space of 6 months, followed by another 6 months of house arrest.
+25   : Is hired into Convention of Water, as second in the new intelligence branch, granted salary.

KAKSUA HINO 'S COMMENTS:  While he has gotten into some trouble in the past, it is more due to a lack
