A delicately carved feather of green jade, this quill was originaly enchanted for the use of field agents so they wouldn't have to worry about carrying ink or keeping it in useable condition. Produces its own Emerald green ink, Can store up to 10 pages worth, regenerates 1 page per hour, never needs to be sharpened or trimmed. Recharges itself off of ambient Essence, so mortals can use it.

Can be crafted by mortal occultists and purchased as a resources 3 expenditure

No offense Malikai, but there's a Silver Quill in CB:E that provides as much ink as you'd ever need, as in inexhaustable. I think it doesn't require attunement either. But, all in all, a good idea. It's nice to see useful artifacts that aren't combat oriented. - haren

I was just informed on the WW forum about the Silver Quill. I've revised the artifact a bit from the discussion there but no one answered my question on if Mortals could use the SQ (at least since I last checked). Now that I can post here, I am posting the revision of my Quill along with this comment. I am also thinking of changing it to be called the Emerald Stylus - Malikai
