Who she is
Evanescent Blossom is a Chosen of Serenity who knew Seventh Son in her previous incarnation. She is also a member of the Gold Faction, but that is all that the Circle so far has discovered about her

Appearance
Blossom has short, spiky brown hair and the characteristic blue eyes of the Chosen of Serenity. She is attractive in a manner most people would describe as "cute"--she has a cherub-like face and a small frame. She also barely tops five feet in height, and it is sometimes hard for her to get people to take her seriously. She has an effervescent personality, however, and is rarely dismayed by anything that the world throws at her. She usually wears the blue robes of the Chosen of Serenity unless she is on a mission in Creation.
