While the Exalted are often to make themselves immune to cold and capable of seeing in the dark, their mortal followers are rarely so gifted. This Charm enables the Lunar to change their bile into a thick flammable goo. While it is far to thick too spit out, it can be set to burning even as it leaves the Lunar's mouth, if they so choose. The substance is thick enough to make torches from or to sit as a burning pile. On it's own, it will burn hot enough to ignite even wet wood, but while charged with magic, the flames will die out after 5 times the Lunar's Permanent Essence in minutes without additional fuel.

This seems to require an awful lot of prerequisites in order to provide a relatively small effect. - Quendalon

Could this be used as an attack? Seems to me that drooling napalm on people would be an effective way to hurt them whilst grappling or something like that. - Garden

I dropped the second attack. It could make an attack, but it's not something a smart Lunar will do. They're initially immune to the flame, but you'd have to be grappling to use it, then use Fire Walking Prana to not get burned yourself. At that point, it's just smarter to break them with some other Charm. - haren
