Freeing the Once Stolen Form

The inherant power of the Lunars grants them the ability to take the form of any animal that they consume the heartsblood of. Lunars willing to sacrifice some of the intrinsic advantages that they have recieved though this ability can gain a new set of advantages.
To ustilize this charm, a Lunar must pay ten motes of Essence, one Willpower, and anywhere between zero and five experience. As they do, they sacrifice one of the forms they have procured through consuming Heartsblood. After a number of turns equal to the amount of experience spent expire, the Lunar vomits up an animal of the form sacrificed.
The creature freed in this manner counts as a familiar with a level equal to the amount of experience spent. If no experience is spent in the activation of this charm, the animal is nothing more than a mundane animal, though it will follow orders from the Lunar as though it was affected by Pack-Forming Presence.
Any familiar spawned by this method is of the same mind, soul, and flesh of the Lunar that spawned it. The beast will do any command they are able that the lunar gives, and it shares the same nature as the lunar. The minds of the the Lunar and animal are connected, and the bond functions like a two-way version of Brotherhood of Lake and River(E:tL, p. 190). In addition, the animal is spawned from the very body of the lunar, and as such it bears a copy of the Lunar's tell, and if the Lunar has them, the Lunars Tatoos, appearing exactly as the Lunar would have had she taken the animal's form.
The form sacrificed in this manner is lost to the Lunar, though it can be re-claimed by devouring the heartsblood of the familiar or animal. If the animal is a familiar, it will willingly bear it's throat to the Lunar, so close is the kinship the two share.
