Powers: Quick Draw: If the sword is sheathed at the beginning of battle, the attuned user may draw and make an attack as one action, receiving +4 dice to his Join Battle Roll.
Speed of Light: By paying 5m, you may subtract one from your speed and add 2 to your Rate for one action.
