Vvardenfell
The forces near Vvardenfell make up the Typhoon Fleet and its support personel.
Treetoh - Blue Water Merchant. First ship to come under Gen. Chark's control. Captain - Hakafu Songsaku.
Shattered Chains - Blue Water Merchant. Former slaver ship, captured right after Chark's group joined with the other characters. Captain - Bromeil
Wandering Star and Horizon Seeker - Large Merchant Ship. Two merchant ships recruited in Lookshy.
Storm Runner Large Yacht. Commissioned by Hakafu and Bromeil while the group was in the Northeast. Equiped with a sailcutter. Completed, but still in Dry Dock in Dagon Fel awaiting its maiden voyage.
The Calm Port - Level Three Water manse located on a small island near Vvardenfell. Manse takes the form of a lighthouse overlooking the harbor and town. Produces a Stone of Aquatic Prowess which is in the possession of Hakafu.
- With the new influx of personnel Hakafu has used the extra men to have a larger presence on the small island where his manse is located. He's using it as a sort of vacation spot for crewmen who have earned shore leave. He is doing this so that if a sailor lets Gen. Chark's secret slip it will be in a small village on a small island, not the center of Ebonheart. The whole isle is now loyal to the Solars, they're not ninjas...yet.
The Grotto - Level Two Earth manse located on Vvardenfell. It takes the form of a series of caverns hidden behind a waterfall on an Odai River tributary. The manse is the home of Okuton, but the hearthstone in the possession of Bromiel. It produces a Neverlost Stone. Several members of the Five Shade Society (as well as some asprirants) have moved into this cavern manse.
The Free City of Shokam
The harbor city on the Isle of Shadows has been cleaned out, warded and prepared for repopulation. Only trusted people are told where the city actually lies, trade is conducted through fronts on other islands. Right now there are few dozen people besides the followers that were brought initially.
The layout of the city is a pentagonal harbor with city around it (thanks JesseLowe). Dawn section is the one with the entrance, naval base on one side army on the other. Clockwise was Zenith, Twilight, Night, Eclipse. Zen - gov't buildings and residence. Twilight - University, Factory-Cathedral, Library, residences. Night - Main residential area, police headquarters also located here. Eclipse - Travel and trade district. Inns, Hotels, Warehouses, Merchants
50 Tiger Warriors are in Shokam. More are planned.
25 are the Tigersharks equiped with Tigershark power armor. Leader is Cadmus.
Manses
Manses Solar - Factory-Cathedral sealed by Shogunate, inactive after going to Shadowland. Features are Factory-Cathedral, Bound Servant Force (automatons), Bound Guardian (the "Foreman" automaton), Archive (schematics), and Flight (to suspend large skyships for repairs). Gem of Sorcery.
Fire - Alteir-Manse, refited by Dragonblooded to replace the FC, former function unknown. Features include Altier-Manse (fire and wood), deadly traps, magical conveniences.
Earth - Fortress, guards the entrance to the Harbor, 3 built in Lightning Balista. Features include Fortress, Intergrated Essence Artilery, Magical Conveniances, Elemental Control, Aura of Influence.
The Northeastern Protectorate
Right now the group has the loyalty of approximately 500 men. They are divided into four talons (125 men), technically the talons make up two wings (250) and one dragon (500), but these units are not necessary due to the small number of men. Note, these troops were not organized this way before Gen. Chark became their commander, he reorganized them from the ground up after intensive training to see where each soldier's talents lied. Right now there are no officers above Talonlord as they are not really necessary and no one has proven worthy.
The Home Guard
One Wing - Both Talons have identical composition. Both contains one medium scale, one archery scale, and three light scales. Talonlords - Dreaming Tiger and Gusta
Medium Infantry equipment - reinforced buff jackets, tower shields, short spears, and chopping swords.
Light Infantry equipment - buff jackets, short spears, and target shields.
Archer equipment - buff jackets, self bows, and a backup short sword.
The Home Guard are superior opponent extras.
In addition to the actual troops the town of Wangler's Knob is acting as a supply depot / logistical base. The characters provide protection and the townspeople keep their secret, as well as supply needed resources.
Invisible Fortress - Level Five Solar manse located in the North East. Located far enough away from Wangler's Knob that it isn't a quick journey. Considered a last resort bolt hole. Hearthstone is powering the minor functions of the Factory-Cathedral.
Crystal Wolves
All the troops have been left in the Northeast. Wangler's Knob is serving as their base with Swift Arrow being appointed their Defender. Half the troops are left there on garrison duty, training, and leisure time. Valdar takes the other half out to serve as mercenaries to provide funding, as well as attract new "talent".
This is the composition of the Crystal Wolves at the moment.
- 1st Dragon
- 1st Wing - contains the superior troops.
- 1st Talon - Heavy Infantry, reinforced breastplates, masked helms, target sheilds, chopping swords, and short spears. Talonlord Litton
- 2nd Talon - Scouts and Cavalry, Contains two scales scouts and three scales of cavalry. Talonlord Hare
- 2nd Wing - contains elite troops. Medium infantry with lamellar armor, pot helms, bucklers, weapons are mixed but the same in each scale. Talonlords ??? and ???
- 1st Wing - contains the superior troops.
Valdar is leading a mercenary force south called the Crystal Wolves, due to their awesomeness they have attracted about 200 additional troops who serve in whatever function is needed. Equipment for these hangerson is not standard in any way. These extra troops also fill losses suffered by the actual Wolves, but only after proving themselves able to keep up with actaul members.
Valdar is in the process or upgrading the equipment of the troops as well as trying to actaully get another dragon's worth of troops. The second dragon won't be superior, but would be at least elite. The hangers on will still be of lower quality. The main problem is finding compitent and trustworthy commanders.
Ninjas
On a long sea voyage Moksha decided to find his own followers. His criteria is very exacting and they must be stealthy as well as intelligent. He plans to organize them into five branches. Four will be headed by a Speaker and the final by the Listener, who reports to Moksha alone. So far he has recruited 15 to become the beginnings of what he terms the Ebon Hand.
The Five Shade Society
Moksha and Alicrast have made inroads into this group after the found out that Whisperswift is a member of the Clan Hidden in the Mist.
The Midnight Smoke Syndicate - 100% loyal. 80% turned into 100% by killing 20%.
The Clan Hidden in the Mist - 30% loyal due to Whisperswift's influence.
The Mountain Clan 10%
The Clan Best Forgotten 10%
The Guild of the Ever-Shifting Breeze 10%
Okuton's Manse now serves as the Society's secret base/training area, with Gnar Mok providing a front/recruitment base. Okuton has become part of the Society, and he plans on imbuing worthy mortals, who would then follow the Mist Path of the Fivefold Shadow Palm.
The Society might be headed for an all out ninja war as more and more get converted to following the Solars. There will be some holdouts who will not become loyal, and disagreements between bands of ninjas can only be resolved one way.
The Crimson Guard
Alicrast's personal troops. Right now just ten elite troops he hired in Scarlet Fortress. Who actually got left behind in Scarlet Fortress, so he has to start over.
Other
Moksah and Alicrast found out that one former Ledaal legion was being chased by the two current Ledaal legions somewhere in the North. One trip north later and one former Ledaal legion thinks that it is now working for Tepet, but that they have to keep it hush hush. One of the loyal legions has had all its Dragonlords killed out, but it has joined with the other legion.
Ledaal Legion
Due to loss of some troops none of the units are at full strength. Also, though the Strategos, all the Dragonlords, and about half the Winglords are Dragonblooded some are newly promoted, this is due to the loses of some of the Exalted Officers. This means there are mortals ranked higher than they would be in a Realm Legion, this makes the rank and file a little more loyal because they see they can rise up the ranks.
At the moment the Haslanti have these guys running around providing protection to smaller settlements and tribes due to the Bull of the North being in the region (he's not but Moksha started a rumor and backed it up w/solar power). Some disguse themselves as Icewalkers to give weight to the rumors.
Strategos - Stalwart Sky, air aspected Outcaste
Legion God - Strident Aegis
- 4 Dragons Heavy Infantry - reinforced breastplates, masked helms, target sheilds, chopping swords, and short spears
- 1 Talon per Dragon drops shields for polearms or great axes
- 6 Dragons Medium Infantry - lamellar armor, pot helms, bucklers, weapons are mixed but the same from talon down.
- 1 Talon per Dragon adds javelins
- 17 Talons of support troops
- 4 Talons of skirmishers
- 1 Talon of Archers
- 4 Talons of Slingers
- 3 Talons of cavalry (about half the required horses are missing due to cold and logistical problems)
- 2 light cavalry
- 1 heavy cav
- 2 Talons of guards for the supply train (there is less and less to guard as time goes on)
- 2 Talons of engineers and crews
- 1 Talon that protects the thaumaturges (10 thaumaturges total, 5 get a scale to defend them while they function as medics, and the other five are assigned to other tasks)
- The Signal Corp (run messages between officers and flights as well as using heliographs)
