I based these off of the stats given for children Dynasts in E:DB (pg. 287), with some modifications that Garris posted on the White Wolf Forums. Do tell me what you think.

Interesting, why the breeding cap though? Its not something that would change with age, unless you are setting the over all power level with it. - Malikai
It's mostly just a power level thing. I may tweak it to four; haven't decided yet. - Caelene
I have to agree that the Breeding cap feels rather arbitrary and unnecessary. Breeding 5 is cool and all, but a) it's useless until the kids exalt and b) it can bring on a host of problems, such as scorn from kids with less noble blood, or unrealistic expectations from teachers and family. It's easily to balance and it can be a great plot device, beyond the rules benefit. Resplendence
