“The body of the Law-Giver is as deadly as a weapon of the finest steel” This charm enhances Fist of Iron Technique by increasing its accuracy by 1. It also eliminates the cost of the charm. When fighting barehanded (and bare footed), the solar's natural waepons have their damage increased by the solars Permanent Essence.
The following sub-techniques are available for 3 exp each.
Steel flow meditation: This technique adds the “Flow” keyword to the charm.
Steel force focus: This technique makes the attack piercing.

What is the "Flow" keyword? Otherwise, this is a pretty good charm. I think that a permanent enhancement like this might fit better at Essence 4 than Essence 3 though. - IanPrice
Actually, I inted some of the effects not to kick in untill essence four or five. I don't know what happned to that ;) If you look at my CustomKeyWords page, you will find it explained -Azurelight
