This is a beautiful veil made of deep cobalt silk and threads of starmetal. When attuned to the veil and wearing it across the face, the owner may choose a target and whisper a single sentement or statement that, while something which needs to be said, is something that should not be said in front of an audience. No one in the room will hear the statement, not even with hearing-enhancing charms. Instead, the sentiment will become evident to the target-- not in words, per se, but in double-meanings and allusions, in the play of the shadows on the wall. Because of the way the information is translated to the target, the sentiment being construed can not be overly long or complex. A Solar utilizing Understanding the Court can discern the sentiment as well.

Very useful, yet simple. I like it. I'd call this a one dot and eliminate the attunement cost, though. Odin

Cool. I agree with Odin - if it costs motes to use, I'd do away with the attunement. On the other hand you could keep the attunement and just have the effect "always on" and not cost motes to use. The power the veil grants is hardly a gamebreaker, so I don't think that would cause problems. -- Topher
