Background
Training
The only living Master of the Twining Elemental Dragon Style is a self-exiled Immaculate Monk who sought out these teachings in the hope of understanding more about the unity of Creation. In his journey to rediscover the ancient teachings of this style he discovered a great deal of the truth regarding the First Age and the Usurpation. He left the Order and founded a monastery in the high mountains of the North-East.
Anyone wishing to learn the style is best-served travelling to the Gateway In Which Creation Melds and seeking out this teacher. He has accepted a number of students in the 50 years that he has taught atop his mountain. Many Dragon-Blooded simply learn of the numerous Terrestrial Martial Arts which he can teach, a rare few are initiated into the Celestial Martial Arts and taught alongside the even rarer Celestial Exalts who have sought him out. He holds no prejudice and at least one Solar has learnt at the feet of this man. An Abyssal who impresses this sifu with worthiness might well be taught also.
Training in the style itself requires a great deal of introspective meditation and learning to twist Essence flows. The physical side of the art is similar, students study the movements of the snake and the wind to train their bodies to twist and turn around their opponents.
Weapons and Armor
Practitioners of the Twining Elemental Dragon Style may use armor if they wish. Many do not in a statement of their power.
The Form Weapons of this style are Brawling Aids and Seven-Section Staffs, along with the artifact versions of both.

Comments
Regarding the 'free Jump actions' given by the two 'Wood' powers, do these apply their DV penalty as usual for a Jump? - FrivYeti
- I am going to say yes, they affect your DV normally for now. If it proves to be too weak, I'll change it after the fight -- Somori
Whycome no pinnacle? - Hapushet
- It's like that in order to preserve the idea of 5 as 1. The combinations of the various charms is the key thing. -- Somori
- Perhaps the pinnacle should reflect the unity of the five, providing some kind of overall benefit to the charms of the style. - IanPrice
Should "Water Drowning the Unwary" be reflexive? It is a proactive dice adder. The mechanics of the charm suggest that it should be supplemental. Madoka
Shouldn't Rising Fire Burning Essence be a Step 2 Reflexive? And that should be Dodge to your Dodge pool or Dodge/2 to Dodge DV, as per Ex2 p. 185, right? - TonyC
