Level One Artifacts
Glass Eye
Atrifact: * Commitment: 1 Mote, No MM
Though many Exalts had found ways to restore sight to one that had lost the use of an eye, Crystaline Spring, a Zenith caste that exalted shortly after the dissapearance of the Sralet Empress perhaps found the most efficint way. He managed to create a clear globe of glass that had minute traces of black jade laced through out it that restored sight to an empty eye socket. This first version was the simplest, and all it did was restore lost sight and increase the visual acuity of the wearer slightly. Later he fasioned a version of the Galss Eye that could be used by mortals, beings who could not commit essence to such an object. This second version has an artifact rating of two, and is made almost exsclusivly from green jade. This eye draws power from ambient essence near the wearer. This does mean that this version of the eye will not function if brought some place that does not have ambient essence, such as the underworld.
All Glass Eyes, regardless of artifact rating, completely restore sight to the socket of a lost eye, and all increase any roll that requires visual accuity by one die.
Crystaline Spring also created several more powerful eyes a few years later, these with unique powers that far excede simply restoring lost sight. These are of artifact rating two or three, and are made exclusivly from the magical materials.
Springboard Boots
Artifact: * Commitment: None
These boots are made of soft, supple cow leather, though their durability is almost baffling as their comfort is so great. Whenever both boots are lifted from the ground at roughly the same time, (leaving the ground at the same time, not off the ground at the same time) they seem to push the wearer up a bit. Mechanically this adds one meter to the vertical jump height, and two meters to all leap distances. This extra movement is considered natural, so any charms or abilities that affect jumping will affect this bonus as well.
People wearing these boots in doors should be very careful about how they move, for even a gentile hop will be increased by the full distance. This can lead to some badly bruised heads if the jumper is not prepared. As these boots require no commitment, they are a favorite of many mortal acrobats.
The style of dress in the realm is an ever-changing thing. The Dragon-Blooded aristocrat, Ledaal Jeenine, who spent much of her time on the social scene, hated terribly the process of getting made up each evening. She felt that all the things that women of the realm must subject themselves to in order to be presentable were simply atrocious. In order to alleviate this problem she commissioned the creation of three minor artifacts, the Hairbrush of Unsurpassed Style, The Mask of Supreme Presentability, and the Gown of Pristine Grandeur. With all three pieces to the set she was able to ready herself in a matter of moments, as opposed to the hours spent by many of her similarly interested compatriots.
Hairbrush of Unsurpassed Style
Artifact: * Commitment: 1 (Jade)
With a single stroke through the hair, the Hairbrush of Unsurpassed Style shapes the hair of the attuned Exalt into any form they desire. This does not allow the brush to cause hair that is either too long or too short for the desired style to work properly, however. In addition, the users hair will remain in this state until it is ruffled or tousled. It will not fall from casual movement, though running or other heavily physical activity will almost certainly disrupt its shape. The handle of the brush is made from red jade.
Mask of Supreme Presentability
Artifact: * Commitment: 1 (Jade)
When an Exalt attunes and dons the Mask of Supreme Presentability, the mask changes initially into an exact likeness of their own face. After a few moments, the coloring of the skin on the face becomes smoother, and any blemishes that the wearer may have fade from sight. In addition, if a female wears the dress, the appearance of light makeup spreads across most of the surface, making it appear as though the wearer was wearing just the faintest amounts of stylish coloring. The mask presents all facial expressions perfectly. The mask is made of Finely woven silk, with a linked chain of red jade that holds it on. The chain fades from sight moments after the mask is put on.
Gown of Pristine Grandeur
Artifact: * Commitment: 1 (Jade)
This gown is made from the softest and strongest of spider thread. When not worn, the dress looks like a simple red robe, though when an Exalt dons the gown, it changes color, cut, and style to match the current form envisioned in their mind. The gown itself has three buttons in the front, all made of red jade. These buttons quickly disappear from sight once the dress is on. Taking the dress off is even simpler. Pulling firmly on the neck of the dress will open the buttons, allowing the dress to come off.
When all three of these items are used on the same person, a certain mystical air seems to follow the user around, granting a single bonus die on all socialization, bureaucracy, presence, and performance rolls.
Binding Wire
Artifact: * Commitment: None
This extremely strong wire looks made of copper, though when melted the metal seperates into it's two components, mundane copper, and a powdery white jade. The wire comes in a variety of gages, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, and the thickest, 6. When the wire is handled it bends and acts like normal copper wire, and can be broken or severed in any of the same ways. Once the metal is released, it becomes extremely strong, able to withstand an extreme load or impact. Fortunately for some, and unfortunatly for others, the metal cannot be used to bind people. When a bound person attempts to free themselves, the wire bocomes malleable again, as though it was being used. In a pinch, the wire can be used to hold up nearly anything, And chains of links made from the thicker wires have been known to be strong enough to anchor ships.
GAGE DIFFICULTY TO BREAK LENGTH 16 5 100 feet/spool 14 6 85 feet/spool 12 7 65 feet/spool 10 8 45 feet/spool 8 9 20 feet/spool 6 10 10 feet/spool
Goblet of the Favorite Drink
Artifact: * Commitment: 1 (Moonsilver)
This goblet is primarilly mundane silver, though upon careful inspection a seam near the top edge is visible. Inside the body of the cup is a tiny pool of constantly flowing moonsilver. Any drink in the goblet instantly changes into the drink of preference when the goblet is lifted by the person attuned to it.
This dampnes, though does not eliminate, the effects of mundane poison inthe drink, reducing the difficulty to resist the poison by one. It provides no bonus against magical poisons.

Comments/Suggestions
You havn't said how -much- the glass eye adds to visual based awareness rolls. Perhaps they add +1 die to all, or +2 dice to anything involving sharp sight, or... something like that.
