Phoenix Stone
Level 5 Fire Aspected Hearthstone.
Fire Ruby of the Dragons.
a.k.a. the Phoenix Stone.
This level 5 Fire-aspected Hearthstone has one great power. It gives the attuned bearer a second chance at life. Normally resurrection is unknown in Creation, but this Hearthstone side steps the rule a little. At the point of the wearers death, the Hearthstone captures their soul and memory and Exaltation shard. Then over the course of an hour, fire spreads out from the Hearthstone and burns the body of the Exalt to ash. Nestled amongst the soot, a red jade egg is left, which cracks open to birth a Pheonix, endowed with the memory and soul of the fallen, a new life, as a bird of fire. Perhaps in time, such a creature might even learn how to adopt its old form….

Are you sure it should take the Exaltation shard? I mean - turning them into an elemental spirit with all their memories, sure - but that means one less Exalt out there, forever, unless it's a Terrestrial. - Hulen
