Sweet Wyld Elixir
Cost: 5 motes, 1 Willpower, 1 gossamer Duration: One story Type: Simple Minimum Cup: 4 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisites: Compelling Presence
To draw the beings of Creation in by presense alone is impressive, but there are those which wish to leave a more... lasting impression on those that they wish to enthrall.
A raksha who uses this Charm uses the power of Essence and dream to transform their blood, saliva, sweat and sexual fluids into a subtle, yet surprisingly effective wyld 'toxin'. Said toxin must be introduced into the body internally; a wound is a viable vector, but merely spitting on someone is not enough. (Applications on the unwilling may require a roll to strike, at the Storyteller's discretion.)
If the toxin is properly introduced, the victim must immediately roll Resistance + Essence against a difficulty equal to the raksha's Essence. Failure means that the toxin begins to take effect, filling the victim's senses with delightful little tingles and flooding their minds with calm and relaxation. This effect lasts a number of days equal to (10 - victim's Stamina), and leaves them with a 3-die penalty to all violent or overtly physical activities.
Once the high fades, the victim must make a Willpower check (difficulty equal to the Essence of the raksha who 'poisoned' them) in order to shake off the addiction. Failure means that the victim will most likely seek out the raksha they met before, although any raksha that can readminister the Elixir will do.
As a final effect, addiction to the drug actualy erodes at the victim's ability to discern glamour from reality, and their final Attribute + Ability amount needed to resist any given glamour is reduced by 2.
This Charm is a work of glamour, and does not affect unwilling characters with Temperance + Essence greater than the raksha's Cup. For willing participants, the character's Temperance + Essence must exceed the raksha's Cup + 2.
