- Duration: Instant
- Type: Extra Action

Choose a target. This charm provides extra attacks on the target equal to the number for attacks made without hitting the target up to a maximum of the character's essence. All available attacks must be paid for and used, to the extent of the character attacking the unconscious or dead body of the target. The character may channel conviction on any of these due to his rising fury. These attacks may be Melee or Brawl, and this charm can be freely comboed with Brawl charms.
Whirlwind Reaper Counterattack - FlowsLikeBits
- Cost: 3 motes per attack
- Duration: Instant
- Type: Reflexive
- Min. Melee: 4
- Min. Essence: 3
- Prereqs:Flurry of Rising Fury
With this charm, the Dragon Blooded unleashes fiery rage at their attacker, each attack is returned a hundread times over. This charm can only be invoked after the charachter is hit by an attack, although the attack does not have to do damage. When this charm is invoked, the charachter flies into a berzerk rage and launches a flurry of blows at their assailant. Each attack cost 3 motes. The charachter continues launching attacks until they have insufficient essence to power this charm, their target moves out of range(say via a hopping defence) and the charachter is unable to follow, or they inflict a health level of damage. The first attack to inflict damage ends the flurry. This charm may not be invoked in response to a counterattack charm.
Deficit of Attention Malady - EndlessChase
- Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Reflexive
- Min. Melee: 4
- Min. Essence: 3
- Prereqs:Whirlwind Reaper Counterattack
For the duration of the scene the Dragon Blooded's reaction time is enhanced magnificently, though he suffers from a terribly poor attention span. The Dragon Blooded no longer rolls his initiative, and instead doubles his Dexterity and Wits for the purposes of determining when he acts. In addition he may move his full sprinting distance every turn and still perform actions normally. The drawback, however, is that he loses two points of perception, to a minimum of one, for the duration of the charm, as he is unable to pay attention to detail.
Fervor and Conflagration Step - Wohksworth
- Cost: 1 mote
- Duration: Instant
- Type: Reflexive
- Min. Melee: 4
- Min. Essence: 4
- Prereqs: Salamander Usury Kindjal
The Exalt imbues her weapon with a damning urgence. This Charm may be activated any time the character spends a Willpower point with intent against a single target, whether to empower a Charm or her passions. For each activation during a scene, the Exalt may convert one die of post-soak damage against the target into an automatic level of damage. Passion's heat actualized cauterizes the wound; it does not bleed.
Comments
Is this charm the right power level? This is my first attempt at a Dragon blooded charm --flymolo
So, erm... it's basically just an extra action Charm, then? At a significant discount on the Solar version, and pretty much un-needed when we have Ringing Anvil Onslaught, to boot. I can see linking it to Temperance instead of Essence, maybe, and increasing the mote cost by a fair amount. - LeumasWhite
willows ROFL! That's hilarious. I have this weird image of an assassin buying his victims drinks before attacking. "No, no, you an owe me!" :) Or mobsters! -FlowsLikeBits
