You need to put up Prismatic Arrangement of Creation Form first.
It's like this: Forms are like operating systems. Without special tools, you can only really use one at a time. The Prismatic Arrangement of Creation Form is like an operating system that can run emulators for two other OSs.
If you're running Charcoal March OS, then you don't have the tools you need to invoke Prismatic Arrangement of Creation. You can't install the Essence Form under the Consumption OS.
Conversely, if you're running Prismatic Arrangement of Creation, you have an emulator suite handy. Among other things, this lets you bring CMOS up in a window.
