1. OSP lengthens your power-up sequence and UWBM doesn't. My book's not handy; does UWBM work with armor? Does OSP?

2. Impeding the Flow is non-perfect to make it vulnerable to perfect attacks, yes, and specifically to make it vulnerable to stuff that can only be blocked by perfect defenses. Take Storm's Eye Stance, for example---it denies applicability to ordinary soak Charms, but perfect soak Charms work.

I'm not sure. Possibly a better way to phrase such attacks is the AWD phrasing, or "all dodge and block pools vs. this attack are 0 after the influence of Charms, and Willpower cannot enhance them. Soak is 0 vs. this attack after the influence of Charms." Or something else. Dunno! Something to think about for the future.

Someone with some time on their hands should link the Charm acronyms here (OSP, UWBM) to appropriate explanations, 'cause I can't figure out, off-hand, what they are. --MF
