Dodge Insight of the Lolita

Add two dice for every mote spent to any pool of this Ability, to a maximum of the Gothic Lolita's Dexterity + Dodge. This can be used to build a dodge pool from nothing.

Confusing Lolita Dodge

The Gothic Lolita adds her Moe to all Dodge dice pools for the scene, within the normal Gothic Lolita dice adder limits. This also effectively grants a reflexive dodge against all attacks with a number of dice equal to her Moe.

Absolute Gothic Lolita Dodge

• Cost: 2 motes, 1 Willpower
• Duration: Instant

The Gothic Lolita automatically dodges any attack, whether or not she is aware of it. This is a perfect defense.

Persistent Loli Dodge Augmentation

• Cost: 2 motes per die, 1 Willpower

The Gothic Lolita adds 1 die to all Dodge pools for a scene for every two motes spent; she can add up to her Dodge + Attribute to any given pool. This generates a reflexive dodge against all attacks equal to the number of dice bought, if she doesn't chose to use a dodge action of some kind.

Ordinarily, when dodging an attack, the defender must have ample space in which to move around. However, Gothic Lolitas have realized that such a thing is unnecessary. Their superior technique has led them to understand that other creatures’ combat techniques are so lame they don’t really need to move to dodge them. The character may choose to use this technique whenever she dodges an attack, keeping her balance and leaving her feet in one place; as she does so, her torso, arms and legs move and contort back and forth in impossible ways. The Gothic Lolita cannot dodge attacks when she is entirely immobilized, but so long as she has some degree of freedom to move, she can use her full Dodge dice pool. This Charm works whether the character is standing on a tree limb, is hemmed in by walls on three sides, is up to her shins in quicksand or is dangling by her arms from the edge of a skyship.

Dance of the Shadow Loli

The Gothic Lolita dances with delightful elegance through the battlefield, becoming insanely difficult to hit. Her opponent’s blades are entangled by her clothes, and her naughty half-smile disarms them. For every mote spent, the Gothic Lolita reduces the dice pool of a single attack by two dice. This Charm can only target attacks aimed specifically at the Lolita and may reduce a dice pool to zero (ensuring that the attack misses). Characters may activate this Charm any time after an attack is declared but before dice are rolled. Dance of the Shadow Loli can only target attacks the Lolita is aware of.

Eyes on the Back of the Loli's Head

It has been stated before: nothing escapes the Loli, and there’s no way to take a Gothic Lolita by surprise. The character activates this Charm is response to an unexpected attack. The attack is no longer unexpected. This allows the character to use Dodge actions (if she has Dodge actions available), abort to a Full Dodge or use other Dodge Charms (if this Charm is included in a Combo). The attack remains unblockable and/or undodgeable if it was so in the first place.

Awaken the Dark Side - Respect

There’s a lolicon in every single one of us. With nothing but a flitting gaze, the Gothic Lolita’s incomparable cuteness awakens the part of us that should remain dormant forever. An unavoidable feeling of respect for the Loli overwhelms the targets of this Charm, making the unconsciously weaken their attacks. The attacker loses a number of dice from a single attack roll equal to the Gothic Lolita’s Dodge + Moe. If this reduces an attack dice pool to zero, the attack automatically misses. This Charm must be activated prior to the attack roll.

Gothic Lolita Instant Step Technique

• Cost: 6 motes
• Duration: Instant
• Type: Re-Useless

• Prerequisite Charms: Awaken the Dark Side - Respect

The Gothic Lolita ripples and vanishes like smoke in a stiff breeze, rematerializing an instant later a short distance away. This Charm allows the Lolita to perfectly dodge any one attack that she can perceive without a roll, including those with an area effect. The character still cannot dodge magical effects that explicitly prohibit dodging, however. The character may not move more yards with this technique than her permanent Moe rating and cannot use this Charm to teleport through solid barriers. Gothic Lolita Instant Step Technique must be activated prior to the attack roll.

Gothic Lolita Iaijutsu Strike

This Charm is a permanent improvement to the Charm Gothic Lolita Instant Step Technique. The Exalt may now reappear as far away as her Dodge in yards. Secondly, if the attacker is within this range, the Lolita may automatically reappear behind her opponent. If the Gothic Lolita as any actions remaining to launch an attack of her own, she gains the full benefits of attacking from behind.

Last Dance of the Black Silk Veil

Shaping a black translucent veil that wraps around her otherwise nude body, the Lolita begins a disturbing yet irresistibly beautiful dance. Despite the apparent disappearance of her clothes (and armor), these are just invisibly, and work normally. In addition to possible nose-bleeding due to partial Lolita nudity, this transformation allows the Gothic Lolita to dodge all incoming attacks, perceived or otherwise, with her full Dexterity + Dodge pool.

Gothic Lolita Human Shield Technique

The Lolita moves towards another person in response to an incoming attack. This maneuver is intended to cause an attack aimed at the Lolita to strike another person. The new target must be within three yards of the Gothic Lolita for this Charm to work. Rather than rolling a standard dodge, the player should roll Dexterity + Dodge, with a total of four successes needed. If the roll succeeds, the new target is struck by the attack, and the user of this Charm avoids it. Treat the attack as if it had been aimed at the new target all along. The new target can attempt a defense himself if he is able to. A character cannot force an enemy to attack himself.

Overwhelming Lust Distraction Kata

• Cost: 5 motes
• Duration: One scene

The Lolita’s eyes get really big and enticing. She bats her eyelashes seductively and subtly shows a little more skin than usual, inciting a powerful feeling of arousal on those around her. She adds her Moe to the difficulty of all attacks against her. Every character with Temperance lower than her Moe must spend a point of Willpower each time they attempt to damage or disable her, or the attack automatically fails.

Reality Revision: Spiritual Existence - Perfection of Beauty

The Gothic Lolita becomes a ghostly, translucent existence. She is impossibly beautiful and seemingly impossible to touch. Those who see her can’t help but desire her. They ache and long to touch her, but that is impossible. The despair caused by the Lolita’s rejection is unbearable, so painful it might even kill. Characters whose attacks are successfully dodged or parried by the Gothic Lolita take dice of lethal damage equal to the Lolita’s Moe rating, soakable only with natural soak.

The Lolita’s Charisma and Appearance are increased by her Moe. Her ghostly form can walk through all physical objects (walls, doors, people…). Like Overwhelming Lust Distraction Kata, she also adds her Moe to the difficulty of all attacks against her. Characters with Temperance lower than 3 cannot even think of hurting or disable the Lolita. Characters with Temperance 3-4 must spend a point of Willpower to do so. Characters with Temperance 5+ are not affected by this Charm.

However, the beauty of the Lolita is so powerful that other characters react to attempts to harm the Lolita, protecting her from harm. All characters within three yards of the Lolita (save for the attacker, of course) are subject to this effect. Characters with Temperance 1 fail automatically. Characters with Temperance 2-3 may reflexively spend a point of Willpower and roll Willpower (difficulty 3) to ignore the urge to protect the Loli. Characters with Temperance 4 can reflexively spend a point of Willpower (or 2 motes of Moe, in the case of magical beings) to avoid the compulsion automatically.

The effect is applied to every potential target within range until one of them falls prey to the compulsion and jumps to take the hit for the Lolita (make the attack roll as normal) or every possible target resists the effect. This Charm affects friends and foes without distinction, as the Lolita’s beauty knows no boundaries. This changes, however, within a Saintly Girl Territory created by the Gothic Lolita. Within its boundaries, she may choose who is affected and who isn’t by her overwhelming beauty.

Gothic Lolita Instant Step Technique should probably cost more than Too Pretty to Hit, the Bishonen Perfect Dodge, which costs 6 motes, since GLIST allows a perfect Dodge and moves you a short distance. Perfection of Beauty is vicious, but that's appropriate given it's a 7/7 charm.

Actually, I think Too Pretty to Hit should cost less than 6 motes. Anyway, raised the cost of Instant Step Technique to, yes, 6 motes. --Wings
