The single symbol contains up to a page of information, and takes as long to design and write; it need be no larger than a couple of square inches. It may be read instantly. Indeed, it is difficult not to read instantly; anyone who sees it must make a wits + awareness roll at a difficulty equal to the linguist's essence to not be compelled to read it. Resisting this compulsion costs 2 willpower. This charm is fully compatible with other linguistics charms; letter-within-a-letter technique can produce sigils with an enormous amount of information conveyed, and this can be used as a way to force others to read your twisted words.

The solar speaks a word that instills the purest form of obedience, a word that echoes into the nature of things. When the solar attempts to use a mundane item or perform a mundane task - whether trying to open a lock, forge a sword, or dig a hole, the solar speaks to the littlest god of the item and they will obey. This adds the solar's linguistics in dice to the attempt. This charm is fully compatible for combos with charms of other abilities. If the task enhanced by this charm is opposed by other charms, the bonus dice are lost.

The solar writes a speech, or plans their words, and calculates the factors of the oration; their words are ready, and when spoken carry all of the weight intended. The solar may supplement an effort to write or plan a speech. They roll intelligence + linguistics.

If they present the speech themselves, they add their original successes from the intelligence + linguistics roll to their social roll to present the speech. If anyone else presents the speech, they add dice instead.

In either case, if they make significant deviations from the script but stick to the body of it, they halve the benefit.
