The Auspicious Quill was designed to augment the astrology of the sidereals, as well as their more mundane bureaucratic businesses. When used to run any bureaucracy through written words or written social attacks, add 3 successes. Whenever crafting a petition for Sidereal astrology, double the successes granted. Using either of these effects costs 5 motes per document.
