Mela's Wrath Manifest is one of the mightiest weapons available to an air dragon immaculate. It was constructed by a master of the Air Dragon style who had turned to crafting as a meditation to better understand the dragon's; the result was an incredibly devastating weapon that he used to great effect on mutiple wild hunts before being slain by a powerful lunar. There are only a handful of these weapons still extant, as the method of construction has been lost.
It is a strangely elegant flail; the handle is of a shaft of adamant glass surrounding a core of the frozen blood of a lesser elemental dragon of air. Instead of a chain, the weapon uses a thin wire of blue steel, reinforced with the essence of air. The head of the weapon is a sphere of blue jade intricately carved with images of dragons; inside of this is a crystal of ice from the floating lands of the far north.
The flail is powerful in and of itself, providing three extra dice to all disarm attempts; but the true potence of the weapon is in its versatility. Swinging it can produce speeding discs of ice that are functionally identical the attacks of the infinite jade chakram, used as a normal thrown attack. The hand to hand and thrown attacks, as well as any defenses that the weapon is used for, work from the same pool of 5 for rate. This weapon counts as both a chakram and a flail, and is fully compatible with any martial art that uses either. Statted for power combat.

The DB book mentions in the description of air dragon that air immaculates often use flails and so forth. But that didn't seem hella possible, so I made this.

GregLink says "++Quality!" and likes it. Good work, and good idea to stat something like this out. Now all you gotta do is link it from the root Artifacts pages. -- GregLink
