The exalted travel to the farthest reaches of the world, the burning south or the frozen north. They must eat to live, but this is not always possible. This device, an enhancement for the stomach of the exalt, allows them to consume any matter that is not inherently poisonous and get nourishment from it - sand, water, ice or wood, as long as it can be swallowed, the stomach can break its essence down into nourishment.
