Yay! Awesome. Back when MartialArtsRelay was going strong I suggested a Jester Style. Didn't turn out too well, but the idea was quite similar to yours (I was inspired by the Fools Guild from Discworld more than the Joker).
The style immediately prior to that one is a Paradox Style - which probably is worth converting to 2e now that I look at it again. Or at least stealing ideas from. :) - nikink
