The Sun as he moves through the sky sees all. It does not matter if ones deeds are hidden by a building or underneath the bows of the great trees of the east light finds a way. So too does his Chosen of the Night Caste find a way to see where those who would hide from their sight lurk. When active though the Solar's sight can penetrate up to her essence yards in material. If another magic would contest this effect the Solar adds their Essence in successes to the contested roll.

It is unseemly for the subjects of the Lawgivers to pay too close attention to them lest they perhaps become disillusioned with those chosen to rule Creation. When this charm is in use anytime the Solar could get a roll to notice someone watching them they automatically succeed and know about the watcher and how they are being watched. If this charm is up Surprise Anticipation Method does not count as a charm use to use. If another charm would contest this charms effects the Solar adds their Essence in successes to the contested roll. This charm can be activated in response to being watched even if the Solar has not even rolled yet. This should be done automatically and not be used by a Storyteller to drain the Solar of motes when a random robin stares at him through a window but rather when its important.

The unrighteous scuttle in the dark rather then face the glory of the Lawgivers in the open. Once the battle has been joined there is no recourse but to fight or retreat. This charm can only be activated after battle has started and may be activated multiple times. Each activation lets the Solar designate a single opponent she is aware of being in the battle. For the rest of that combat the Solar ignores the unexepected quality of any of that person's attacks. Futhermore she adds her Essence to any Perception roll to locate her enemy so long as they are not trying to flee the fight.

To justly rule Creation one must be able to perceive it. This charm enhances the Keen (Sense) Technique and Unsurpassed (Sense) Discipline charms allowing their bonus to apply to all appropriate Perception rolls as well as Awareness.
