This Charm is a permanent enhancement to any Archery-based Charm with the Holy keyword. Rather than just dealing aggravated damage to Creatures of Darkness, the Solar can now spend an additional 2 motes to make all its attacks aggravated – including to natural mortal beings like humans.

Nothing is truly beyond the power of the Lawgivers to fashion from their own Essence. Purchasing this Charm permanently enhances Phantom Arrow Technique by enabling the Lawgivers to fashion out of pure Essence ammunition of higher values of the Resource background. The cost of creating such ammunition is 1 mote plus Resource value, thus Resource 1 ammunitions cost 2 motes, Resource 2 costs 3, all the way to Resource 5 which costs 6 motes. All normal rules for Phantom Arrow Technique apply.
