These are examples of uses of the Form Charm fromSlipNine/AscendentMasteryStyle

Irulan

Irulan is a Air-Aspect Dragon Blooded Dynast, a fine, courtly gentleman. His chosen Style Weapon is a finely engraved black cane-- when he learned the Ascendent Mastery Form he chose Lore as his Primary Weapon Ability and Awareness as his Damage Ability. In order to attack, he rolls Lore+Martial Arts, and his dodges are Lore+Dodge. He fights backed equally by knowledge of all sorts and the precice movements of his Martial Arts training. Irulan is of average strength, but his presence of mind is such that he can see and exploit each opponent's unique weak points at a glance, shattering weak links in armor and flesh alike.

San

San, the youngest son of a doctor, is a bookish young Fire-Aspect Dragon Blooded outcast learning the Ascendent Mastery Style from an aged ex-dynast in Nexus. San's chosen Style Weapons are claws of living fire. When he finally learns Ascendent Mastery Form, he chooses Survival as his primary ability and medicine as his damage ability. In order to attack or parry he rolls Survival+Martial Arts, and his dodges are Survival+Dodge. He fights like a Tiger-- strong and confident while driven equally by instinct and the katas of his Martial Arts Training. Though young and not strong, San's strikes are placed to hamstring opponents and open arteries, his raw damage is equal to his Weapon Damage plus his Medicine.

Mia

Mia is darkly cute Day Caste Abyssal child on-mission in creation. She has Essence 3 and has purchased both Accustomed Armament Aptitude and the Ascendent Mastery Form twice. Her first Style Weapon is "throwing daggers of shadow in the shape of ornate crosses", for which she rolls Thrown+Martial Arts to attack with and calculates damage with the damage of the daggers plus her Occult rating.

Her second Style weapon is a seven sectioned staff she may form out of blood or the spinal cord of an adult, both of which are covered under the a single purchase of Accustomed Armament Aptitude. Using a seven sectioned staff in this way, Mia rolls Occult+Martial Arts for her attacks, and calculates damage with Athletics.

Thirdly, she also uses the femur of a Tyrant Lizard as a Quarterstaff on occasion, which she gains the use of as a Style Weapon for free. Since she only purchased Ascendent Mastery Form twice, attacks with this quarterstaff would need to share the ability model of her seven sectioned staff, therefore using Occult+Martial Arts and Damage+Athletics. If she attempted to use a plain wooden quarterstaff or seven sectioned staff, her Storyteller would tell her that her Occult rating cannot apply to it, and she will have to resort to using her Dexterity+Martial Arts.

Mia is captured and imprisoned by an enemy Deathlord. Though she hates to do so, with no available weapons Mia may use either her Dexterity+Martial Arts rating or her Brawl+Martial Arts rating freely while making her escape.
