Personality: Being a hero is all that Gawain truly desires. The only time he ever feels happy with life is when he is helping someone, even if that person then turns on him later for being Anathema. He is light-hearted and kind, willing to help anyone for free. He has killed, of course, feeling that they deserve it for doing bad things and not dwelling on the lives he takes. It sometimes seems like the time between training alone with Ansar and being a hero passes too quickly to notice, as if all he lives for right now are those two things. This is likely because he knows and has nothing else.

In this incarnation, Ansar has become somewhat mischevious, working to keep his master entertained and unable to dwell on anything. He is as protective as ever, always willing to put himself in the line of fire or charge in without warning. The ties that bind them keep him from doing anything to surprise Gawain after all.
