Description: Emulating the quickly darting nature of flame the martial artist deftly evades blows. Using this charm grants the character a die bonus dice equal to his Martial Arts on one dodge attempt.

Description: The Martial artist learns to imbue his strikes with the destructive power inherent to all flame. Unarmed Martial Arts attacks bolstered by this charm do lethal damage, in addition blows enhanced by this charm causes extreme pain inflicting a -1 dice penalty. This penalty lasts until the next turn additionally multiple strikes are not cumulative. Also anything damaged by attacks empowered by this charm is often branded. If an attack empowered by this charm inflicts 3 or more lethal treat this as being the case. Extras are branded automatically even if no damage is done to them.

Description: The exalt moves as flames waft off of his body, when struck the flames explode outward moving the exalt far away from his attacker. The dodge enhanced by this charm also moves the exalt ([essence]4) yards away from the attack. Dodges enhanced by this charm are hopping defenses.

Description: The martial artist streaks off spinning like a top knocking most enemies to the wayside. The user of this charm makes a Martial Arts attack difficulty three versus his essence in targets. Any of the attacks that are successful, roll the martial artists Strength + Martial Arts in a reflexive opposed roll versus the targets Stamina + Endurance. If the martial artist wins the target is knocked down. All targets must be within the martial artists ([permanent essence]5) yards of each other, and no more than the martial artist full move away from himself. Upon the end of this charm the user is positioned anywhere within ([permanent essence]) yards away from the last target attacked. Activating this charm forfeits the users move action for the round.


Shen-Tao Elder Form</b>

Description: Immersing himself in the attempt to understand "The Primal Flame" the martial artist is now like a gout of pure elemental flame, one of the deadliest things in creation. While using the Shen-Tao Elder Form the characters martial arts attacks ignore his permanent essence in armor soak. This effect cannot completely negate the armor bonuses always resulting in even the flimsiest of armors retaining a soak value of one. Add the characters permanent essence to his Strength or Dexterity to determine the distance he can walk, run, or jump in a round. Characters cannot normally have more than one Form charm at a time active.


Wafting Flame Technique</b>

Description: Emulating the ever flitting nature of a torch-fire when using this charm the martial artist is all but unassailable. The character gains a bonus to their Dodge die pool equal to their Martial Arts. This bonus is applied after any penalties to the characters dodge roll. The character may make reflexive dodges with this bonus die pool. Also if the character uses Flowing Fire Escape on any dodge enhanced by this charm, the explosion of flame caused by Flowing Fire Escape attempts to incinerate the attacker. Allowing the character to make a counter-attack using their permanent Essence as a die pool. If this attack is successful it does the users Martial Arts in lethal damage. This damage is considered to be from flame/heat for all purposes.


Shadow Casting Flame Prana</b>

Description: Approximating the ability of flame to climb any flammable surface the martial artist gains the ability to cling to walls and ceilings. While this charm is in effect the character may instinctively climb any surface at their normal movement rate. Unfortunately this ability is only semi-perfect in that the martial artist must roll an Athletics + Essence to maintain footing on unstable surfaces. The difficulty for this roll is variable depending on the surface, most surfaces are difficulty 1, sheer walls are difficulty 2, and ceilings are difficulty 3. This charm does not provide the character the ability to walk on water or any other liquid. A side-effect of this charm causes the shadow of the martial artist to fall directly underneath him no matter the lighting in the area. For purposes of this charm "underneath" is considered the direction that put the least amount of distance between him and a solid surface.


Smoldering Hellfire Assault</b>

Prereqs : Wafting Flame Technique, Shadow Casting Flame Prana.
Description:Twisting his hands in a complex mudra the martial artist summons the power of flame to himself wrapping it tightly between his hands. After this charm is invoked it flits between the users hands as a brightly burning quickly moving mote of flame. The user may release this flame in two ways. The first is to make a standard unarmed martial arts attack on a target. If this attack is successful it does aggravated damage, and the die penalty for any health levels inflicted by this charm are doubled for the scene. This damage is considered to be from flame/heat for all purposes. The second way to release the flame is to open both hands palm up while spending 1 additional point of Willpower to control the gout of fire released. The gout of flame conjured by this application of this charm is (permanent Essence) yards wide, ([permanent Essence]5) yards long, and (permanent Essence + 1) yards high < although there is a 1/3 yard gap between the ground and the bottom of this effect>. When the character releases the flame in this way, he must make an attack roll using his Martial Arts + Essence as his die pool. Everyone within the area may defend versus this charm as it were a ranged attack that had scored as many successes as the martial artist acquired on his Martial Arts + Essence roll. The gout of flame has a base damage of (Martial Arts) lethal, plus any extra successes on the Martial Arts + Essence roll. Anyone reduced to below incapacitated with this effect is considered to have been reduced to fine white inert ash. This Charm cannot be used with weapons of any sort.


One-Hundred Leaping Flames</b>

Prereqs : Smoldering Hellfire Assault.
Description: Calling to the primal element of fire in a forgotten dialect of Old Realm, while simultaneously enacting a precise one-handed mudra the martial artist is enveloped in a quickly subsiding aura of brilliant bluish-white flame. For a short period of time the character may move with the preternatural speed of a forest fire. When this charm is activated the user gains a number of extra actions equal to his Martial Arts. These extra actions can only be used for Martial Arts attacks, or Dodges. Contrails of bluish-white flame shadow his every movement, and explode with every blow given or received. These flames are harmless unless the user spends Essence, and wishes otherwise. For the cost of 3 motes the character may give bonus dice equal to his permanent Essence on any one Martial Arts Attack, or Dodge created by this charm. This bonus may be for every action created by this charm, but it may only be purchased only once per action.


Primal Inferno Prana.</b>

Description:This charm expands the power and utility of the Shen-Tao Elder Form. As such it may only be activated when the Shen-Tao Elder Form is active, and then only as part of the Form-Charm. Activating this charm adds 2 motes to the cost of the Shen-Tao Elder Form granting the following benefits:

• Extends the effects of Heart of Primal Fire to include the Shen-Tao Elder Style also.
• Grants the ability to "charge" Invocation of Ancestral Flame attacks by splitting actions. For every action spent "charging" the attack gains a bonus to base damage equal to the characters Martial Arts.

Ever-Hungry Flame Prana</b>

Description: This charm expands the power and utility of the Shen-Tao Elder Form. As such it may only be activated when the Shen-Tao Elder Form is active, and then only as part of the Form-Charm. Activating this charm adds 2 motes to the cost of the Shen-Tao Elder Form granting the following benefits:

• When using the charm Hellfire Assault the characters opponents must now make a reflexive Stamina + Resistance difficulty equal to the users Martial Arts or be stunned for one round.
• All flame/fire damage the character inflicts with charms of the Shen-Tao Family, or Elder styles is armor piercing.

Guttering Flame Realization

Description: The final lesson of the Shen-Tao Elder stylist is that both the Family and Elder systems are one. The road to truly understand the element of fire is a long one and if not broken into separate pieces one would become lost. So it is as it must be that the two must be separated until such a time as the practitioner is ready to unite them thus realizing his own and the styles true power. Upon learning this charm the martial artist may when activating the Shen-Tao Elder Form spend a point of Willpower to also be allowed to reflexively activate the Shen-Tao Family Form. The user must still pay the full cost for both the Family, and Elder Forms as well as any additional costs for Primal Inferno Prana and/or Ever-Hungry Flame Prana if they are used. Also when both form are up the following befits are gained:

• Hardness versus fire damage equal to twice his Martial Arts.
• Reduce the cost of using Invocation of Ancestral Flame by 1 mote to a minimum cost of 1mote.

Since the Family Style is going to be changed I have to change this one as it's way too reliant on the family style. I have no Idea where to go with this so I would appreciate some help!
