Many amongst the Lunar's believe that the very desmenses of the land are the souls of Gaia. Often when they raise manses from the ground they let the very spirit of Gaia decide how it will form for them out of respect for the love of Luna. Yet sometimes what was useful one season ago is not so useful now. So they call upon the changing maiden and for a moment change the stone in their hand. This charm lets them change one hearthstone into another for a scene. The roll is an Intelligence + Occult roll. The difficulty is the level of the stone they are trying to achieve. +1 more difficulty if they are changing from one Element type to another, +2 if they are going from one Celestial to another and +3 if they are going from an Elemental stone to a Celestial stone and +4 if they are going from any Creation stone to a non-Creation stone or vice versa. A stone can not be made into a higher level version. This must also be done with the stone outside of any sockets as trying it on a socketted stone breaks the stone.

Their patron in her making consumed all the other Lunas that could be. The Argent Madonas of other worlds and other natures with their own laws. The shining silver core of the Lunar's exaltation is as an inspiring gem throwing off reflections of worlds and ways that could be to teach the Lunar a thousand thousand other ways to build. The Lunar may now count her Intelligence in place of Lore, Occult or Craft scores to determine what she can build. She does not roll her Intelligence in their place so a wise Lunar will often master those abilities but she is no longer bound by them.
Beyond Maker's Rules
Cost: -; Mins: Intelligence 5, Essence 5; Type: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: Luna's Blessed Hands
This charm is an invention of the post Ursupation Lunars. Denied access to the great factory cathedrals now in the hands of the Dragonblooded the Silver Shadows despaired of being able to produce the wonders to arm themselves. At least until the prodigy Raksi introduced this charm. In Creation people make tools, to make new tools, to make better tools, in a never ending process as influenced by Autocthon. It is his mark on the world that advancement works so. Yet Luna is the creation of Cytherea and Oramus and her nature is not his nature and though the Lunars are human and thus marked by Autocthon's influence they draw upon other natures as well such that they can skip this process and instead do as others have and just make the end product without the intervening steps.
Upon learning this charm the Steward can make any level of artifact. She requires only the most basic of workshops and neither benifits nor suffers penalties of from having a bad workshop or a good one. There are some limitations on this however. She can not make any magitech or genesis artifacts or any artifact that is designed as a tool to aid in the creation of other artifacts or intended to be a part of another artifact.
