Cost: 7 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Intelligence: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Harmony of Dreams Technique.
Inside every Lunar, there is a spark of untamed, mad wyld. It roars and rages, and they do their best to maintain their shape and sanity despite it. But those who learn Harmony of Dreams learn how to work with it... how to flow with the spark of formless, mad chaos, and use it to their own ends. And it is never so clear and pure as in the Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares, a charm that pulls this shadow of insanity from within the Lunar and materialises it in the world as a direct weapon. . It deals Bashing or Lethal damage, on the Lunar's choice on every strike, and is built with a number of points equal to twice the Lunar's Manipulation, apart from rate, that is equal to the Lunar's Essence. As chaos, this weapon deals aggravated damage on any creature native of Creation. This weapon shines like a mad sunset of ever-shifting colors, changing shape on the Lunar's whim, very hard to predict - all parries and dodges against it are at +1 difficulty.

Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Intelligence: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares.
Sinking the Thorn of Dreams and Nightmares into the ground, the Lunar turns away the face of the Silver Lady, letting the Chaos harvested from his own soul wash over the landscape, twisting it, bringing dreams to life and nightmares out of the shadows. For the remainder of the scene the Lunar loses the use of the Thorn, but an area equal to (The Lunar's Essence x30) yards in radius sinks one level into the Wyld for the remainder of the scene. Areas of pure Creation become Bordermarches, no matter how deeply into Creation they are. All taint disappears at the end of the scene, but until then it works as a waypoint, creatures may mutate, raksha charms may be used, and everyone within those bounds adds one die to their stunts. The Lunar may also spend 1 experience point to create 1 gossamer within it.
Thorn of the Silver Empress
Cost: 7 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Intelligence: 4
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Harmony with Reality Technique.
Inside every Lunar, there is a spark of untamed, mad wyld. But it is kept in check. The silver essence within the Lunar tames it, wrestles it down, controls it as surely as Luna controls the tides of Creation. It is Luna that commands the Wyld, and that command is passed to her Exalted. And it is never so clear and pure as in the Thorn of the Silver Empress, a charm that pulls this mandate and power from within the Lunar's soul, and manifests it in the world as a direct weapon. As a merciful, fickle empress, it deals Bashing or Lethal damage, on the Lunar's choice on every strike, and is built with a number of points equal to twice the Lunar's Charisma, apart from rate, that is equal to the Lunar's Essence. It brings inescapable order to all creature of Chaos it touches, dealing aggravated damage against any wyld-born or wyld-tainted being, and all those receive a penalty to all actions equal to the Lunar's Essence while in her presence - they behave in the court of the Empress.

Prerequisite Charms: Thorn of the Silver Empress, Ritual of Lunar Stability.
Sinking the Thorn of the Silver Empress into the ground, the Lunar brings the full power of the Silver Lady to bear, letting her whim and order flow and change the shape of the landscape, to make the order of her Lover. Everything becomes more real, more right, with the chaos banished to far, far away. For the remainder of the scene the Lunar loses the use of the Thorn, but an area equal to (The Lunar's Essence x30) yards becomes an area of stable Creation. This include areas of the Deepest Wyld, no matter how far away from Creation. All objects within it can be removed and brought back into Creation safely, as if they had all been treated with Harmony With Reality Technique. However, those are lost when the Scene has passed and the Chaos swarms back into the protected area. This proccess is lethal for Wyld beings, who suffer unsoakable levels of aggravated damage if caught in those boundaries equal to the Lunar's Essence. Beings of the Underworld or Malfeas, not of Chaos, but simply of a different order, receive a penalty to all their actions equal to the Lunar's Essence while in those boundaries. Ritual of Lunar Stability can be used within it, and only requires one success to mantain its existence.

Furthermore, they receive an Enviromental Penalty equal to the Lunar's Essence to all actions, as the Lunar is the only master of his dreams. Finally, the Lunar may pay 1 willpower to be able to use this Shaping in dreamscapes only partly her own, such as those created by the spell Unity of Dreams and the Raksha Charm Soul-Carving Artifice and others do not receive the Enviromental Penalty then. The Lunar rolls Manipulation+Craft(Glamour) to create the dream, which is is vivid, and the Lunar may specify wether or not the victim will remember it upon waking up. Regardless, the Lunar may use social charms and actions through those dreams, using Charms of a maximum attribute minimum equal to the successes in the dream-crafting roll.
He may wish to make this a particularly refreshing dream, which gives all of his cult a single automatic success when rolling conviction to regain willpower upon waking up, or particularly terrible, insuring a botch to any who does not spend a willpower upon waking up. The Lunar may place a criteria on this roll, based on gender, age, class or any other broad category he wishes, but this increases the difficulty on the dream-crafting roll by 1.
Dream-Catching Gesture
Cost: 6 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Oneiromantic Epiphany.
By touching a target and activating this Charm, the Lunar is able to catch a glimpse into the target's dreams. The Lunar rolls his Manipulation+Investigation with a difficulty equal to the victim's Essence, with the importance of the glimpsed dream depending on the number of successes. One success is enough to glimpse fleeting dreams, which tell the Lunar menial things about their upbringing and some things he likes. Three successes are enough to glimpse important dreams which give a good idea of the victim's likes and dislikes, of those he loves and hates, or of some important moments of their lives. Five successes tells the Lunar about the victim's greatest loves, secrets, their brightest or darkest hour.
The Lunar only sees one dream per use of this Charm, but knowing how to interpret dreams, they can be very informative, as dreams mesh one's loved ones in important moments where they were absent, ones likes and dislikes in their maniac, senseless tapestry. The victim may not realise the Lunar has glimpsed his dream if the touch was subtle. A Lunar with Phantom-Conjuring Performance may show others the contents of the Dream.

When this Charm is activated, the Lunar rolls Manipulation+Craft(Glamour) to create the dream, and Manipulation+Larceny with a difficulty equal to the victim's Essence to plant them within their subconscious as their eyes lock. The dream is vivid, and the Lunar may specify wether or not the victim will remember it upon waking up. Regardless, the Lunar may use social charms and actions through those dreams, using Charms of a maximum attribute minimum equal to the successes in the dream-crafting roll.
The victim will dream of this when they next wake up, but the Lunar may set a delay to this, up to a number of days equal to the Lunar's Manipulation score. One may use this Charm simply to plant dreams stolen with Dream-Catching gesture. There is no roll needed to plant the charm is the recipient is unwilling. The Lunar may interact with the sleeper in any way she wishes, although one cannot cause any serious harm during a dream. The sleeper may try to act against the Lunar, but if she is not a lucid dreamer, she must spend 1 willpower for every action she makes against the Lunar. The Lunar Lunar may cancel this charm and exit the dream at any time she wishes, returning to the sleeper's bedside.
Illusion
Riches from Rags Method
Cost: 5 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 2
Minimum Essence: 1
Prerequisite Charms: None.
The first principle of illusion is to make little things appear different than they really are. With this Charm, the Lunar covers an object smaller than himself with illusions, making it appear as something else - as unobtrusive or showy as the Lunar desires. This cover is very superficial, and is dispelled if one handles it with any care for more than a turn. Otherwise, it is simply impossible to see! This may add bonus dice equal to the Lunar's Essence to Larceny or Bureaucracy rolls, or offset a Socialize, Presence or Performance penalty for the lack of adequate attire(as the Lunar simply pretends he is dressed as regally as he could be).
Holding to Lost Things
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Essence in Hours
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Wits: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Riches from Rags Method.
We do not wish to believe things gone. A part of us still wishes to see them there when we return... and the Lunar plays upon that. The Lunar may steal an item - in plain sight, even, just by handling it - and leave on its place an object of size and weight somewhat similar, and all those who behold it or touch it will think it is the real object. The Lunar rolls his Manipulation or Wits+Larceny against the observer's Wits+Awareness. With a Dexterity+Larceny of sufficient success, this can even be done in plain sight with good sleight of hand. If the Lunar is successful, the observers do not notice it, and only in a number of hours equal to the Lunar's Essence will they realise they hold a false object. Charms that allow one to see flows of Essence and Charms add the onlooker's Essence to the roll, but does not instantly notice the illusion, as its primary purpose is to divert attention away from it.
Veil of a Thousand Faces
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: None.
The second principle of illusion is the ability to change people. With Masterful Veil of Illusion, the Lunar pulls a veil of illusion over herself, appearing as anyone she is familiar with for a scene. Neither her scent nor her voice change. The veil fades whenever the Lunar enters sufficient physical interaction with someone(such as combat or sex) or if she displays any level of anima banner. Onlookers can still try to spot the Lunar's Tell.
Play of Quicksilver Masks
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Lunar Phase
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Riches from Rags Method.
From her quicksilver anima come masks which the Lunar may don by himself or grant others, perfect masks which fool all senses into believing the Lunar or those he gifts are someone else. The Lunar rolls his Manipulation or Wits+Performance and appears as anyone she is familiar with(or she can make the image wholesale with a Manipulation+Craft(Glamour) roll), and all those witnessing those Masks must make a Wits+Awareness roll to notice the illusion. They do not see through the illusion, only know something is amiss, and touching it makes no difference - the illusion affects all senses. This Charm creates only one such mask, and there is no limit how many times the Lunar may use it during a scene. Its effects break when a Chosen gets to the 12+ levels of anima banner expenditure.
Shadow Presence Method
Cost: 4 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Play of Quicksilver Masks.
The Lunar, when he knows he is being watched, makes a illusion of himself, or one other, in a place no farther than ten times his Wits. This illusion is mostly static, and stays in one place doing simple actions, but can fool those watching the Lunar who fail a contest between their Wits+Awareness and the Lunar's Wits+Larceny. It will easily be revealed as what ephemeral if it is so much as touched.
Shattered Mirror Practice
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Shadow Presence Method.
The Lunar flows her image like a mirror, and then, breaks her essence, a thousand splinters breaking in the air, each and every one an image of the whole, and yet, all incomplete. The Lunar knows who she is herself, but all others who view her view the many images moving around one another in a dance that confuses and misleads all attackers. For the remainder of the scene, anyone attempting to track or attack the Lunar needs to pass a reflexive Wits+Awareness with a difficulty equal to the Lunar's Essence. If the target fails, it hits one of the images instead of the real Lunar. The image does not disappear, and simply continues its dance. Perfect and Area attacks, or those that ignore penalties given by illusions, bypass this Charm's effects.
Army of Smoke Shadows
Cost: 8 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Play of Quicksilver Masks.
Peacocks, with the eyes on their plumages, appear to be much greater than they are. Certain moths' wings appear to be two great eyes, and when resting against a tree, appear to be a great beast, keeping predators away. Based on such principles, the Lunar pulls a veil of impressive illusion - he appears to be much greater, a beast dozens of feet tall or a general flanked by an army. The Lunar rolls Manipulation+Presence against a difficulty equal to the highest onlooker's Conviction+Essence. If the Lunar suceeds, they believe the Lunar is an overwhelming force, and they must do all the Lunar commands, within reason(usually to run screaming, or leave a place). Those facing the Lunar may roll to spot her Tell, and if they suceed, they are unnaffected by the illusion. Those may also try to warn others of it, rolling performance or presence as usual, although the difficulty is set at how many successes the Lunar had on his roll. This Charm has no effect on those with a higher Permanent Essence than the Lunar.
Veils over the World
Cost: 5 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: None.
The third principle of illusion is the ability to change great things in the world. Landscapes, structures, natural features... to say a river is not there, to say a river is a aflame, to turn a house into an abandoned shack or show a destroyed bridge. This illusion cannot be pierced, but is dispelled if it is touched up close by one's hands. The Lunar may convince others who might believe otherwise(who would not, for example, believe in a river aflame) of this truth by rolling Manipulation+Presence against their Intelligence+Conviction.
Palace of Dreams Method
Cost: 4 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Lunar Phase
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Veils over the World.
A favorite trick of the Waxing Moons, the Lunar pulls a veil of illusion over a place, a room or a building, something with clear boundaries up to the Lunar's (Essencex100) in yards. It becomes something else, anything he chooses it to be. It may look as luxurious as he wishes, or as terrible. This illusion may not be pierced except by Fair Folk and Charms that see Essence. If one takes something from the place and looks at it in detail, it will seem like it truly is, but for all intents and purposes, for all five senses, the place is as the Lunar wishes it to be. It cannot, however, create a place that is not there - the Lunar may make a crumbling tower into a luxurious pearlescent spire, may make a clearing into an open feasting hall, but may not create a tower where there is none, or make a clearing into a lake. He may turn a particularly-looking tree into a fountain, however. One can drink the wine of this fountain and feel sated, but he will not be truly sated.
A World of Deceit
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Palace of Dreams Method.
With this Charm, the Lunar purposefully changes the world so as to bring harm to another. An oasis that does not exist, and calls for one to drink its sand as water. A bridge that does not exist and calls for others to jump upon it. The Lunar rolls Manipulation or Wits+Performance against the character's Wits+Awareness for those who see it to notice it is a fake. If they lose, they still have one more way out, that is, they may spend willpower equal to half the difference in the rolls(rounded down) to dispel it instead. The illusion affects all senses, but stops when something as drastic as a wound or a fall is apparent. Although this and other illusions affects all senses, it is nothing but an illusion: fire only appear to burn and does not really burns, a bridge will never allow one to walk through it, and one who drinks sand thinking its water will have to contend with the consequences. This Charm only works on a number of individuals equal to the Exalt's Permanent Essence at any given time.
Moonlight Cuts Mirage
Cost: 3 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Minimum Wits: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: None.
Many times, works of Raksha Glamour or illusions brought by other Lunars and other kinds of Exalted may try to hinder a Lunar's actions. With Moonlight Cuts Mirage, the Lunar flares her anima, and a flash of light cuts a path through this illusion and to the Lunar's objective! A single action enhanced by Moonlight Cuts Mirage ignores any illusion or Glamour effect.
Silver Eyes of Reality
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Moonlight Cuts Mirage.
The fourth principle of illusion is to see through the many veils of smoke and mirrors and see things as they truly are. As long as this Charm is active, the Lunar may instantly see through illusions that have no resisting roll, and converts a number of dice equal to his Wits in automatic successes when rolling to resist those that do. He also adds his Wits to the trait minima to resist any work of Glamour.
Knife of Divine Iron
Cost: 8 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 3
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Silver Eyes of Reality.
Along with the knowledge and power to create illusions comes the knowledge and power to rip them asunder! The Lunar may use the Knife of Divine Iron in two distinct ways. In one way, he targets a single illusion or glamour currently in existance and rolls Wits+Occult against its creator's Essence. If he is successful, it is instantly destroyed. In its second application, it destroys all illusions and glamour in a radius of (the Lunar's Essence x10) yards. The Lunar makes the same roll, and applies it against the Essence of the creators of all illusions in the area. Those whose essence is less than the successes rolled have their illusions and glamour instantly destroyed. Internal or external, wether all can see like most Glamour or they are in the mind like the Spirit Charm Host of Spirits, it makes no difference - all manners of illusions are destroyed with this Charm.
Pierce the Veil
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Silver Eyes of Reality.

Master the Quicksilver Veils
Cost: 10 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: A World of Deceit, Holding to Lost Things, Play of Quicksilver Masks, Silver Eyes of Reality.
Mastering all Principles of illusion, the Lunar opens his palms... and each blossoms a thousand veils of Moonlight. Those disappear, ready to be used by the Lunar at any moment during the scene by taking a dice action and rolling his Manipulation or Wits+Performance. With this, the Lunar may create any sort of illusion, over objects or people. Onlookers react to those illusions as they would to A World of Deceit, rolling their Wits+Awareness against the Lunar's succcesses, or spending willpower when that fails(but only when it brings them to direct danger). The Lunar may create any illusion as long as it is no grander than (His Essence x20) yards.
He may specifically make an illusion that hinders as many targets as can fall within it, and deals them a penalty to a single type of roll equal to the Lunar's Essence, but those allow them to roll more than once, able to roll every turn, accumulating their successes until the illusion is broken. Illusions that deal such direct penalties do not stack with themselves, simply creating a new illusion in the place of the old.
Stable Moonlight Masterpieces
Cost: 3 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: Indefinite
Type: Simple
Minimum Wits: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Master the Quicksilver Veils.
