Lunar Animal Control

Beast Calming Method
Cost: 3 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Silver-Soul's Charisma
The Lunar is able to use his base charisma to instinctively pacify any animals around him, be them a pack of ravenous wolves, angry bees, or fleeing rabbits. The roll to pacify animals is Charisma+Survival, one success allowing the Lunar to walk without making rabbits and birds flee, three successes allowing a pack of wolves to be pacified, and five successes making even a Tyrant Lizard or a Giant Squid stand down and become as a kitten to the Lunar.

It lasts as long as the Lunar remains with the beast, and for a scene afterwards. The Lunar may attempt to Tame or Train the animal thus calmed, rolling only once per scene with it, even if the interval would be of days or weeks, and convering all of his Charisma dice into automatic successes.

Pack-Forming Presence
Cost: 4 motes, 2 willpower
Duration: A Lunar Month
Type: Simple

Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Beast-Calming Method
The Lunar is able to tie a number of beasts to his Essence, making them serve him in all things. The Lunar rolls may command a number of beasts equal to his Charisma x10. To bind each one the Lunar needs make a Charisma+Survival at standard difficulty, and instantly pays 3 motes of Essence, after this Charm is activated. For the purposes of this ammount, two Small beasts count as one, five Tiny beasts count as one, and ten Minuscule beasts count as one. In the same token, a Large beast counts as two, a Huge beast counts as four, and a Giant beast counts as eight.

Commanded beasts do not fear fire, the lands of death, or any other thing that would give normal animals pause, and stop only when the Lunar wishes them to. Mounts will accept any riders the Lunar deems acceptable. The animals can understand the Lunar's commands, and he can understand all that they communicate to him. This Charm lasts for a Lunar Month, but at the end of it the Lunar can just pay the cost once again and retain his commnad. If used on a Beast and the Lunar spends 1 experience point, he may create a Familiar, or increase his familiar rating with the beast by one.

Eyes of the Wild Meditation
Cost: 6 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Pack-Forming Presence
The Lunar lets his Essence wander to all the creatures whose Essence is tied to his’. Once this Charm is activated, the Lunar may spend 1 mote to see through the eyes of any of the animals he commands via Pack-Forming Presence. He may do so for as long as he desire, but he suffers a penalty of four dice to notice anything that happens with his body during this time, and of six dice on all awareness rolls for it.

Prerequisite Charms: Eyes of the Wild Meditation
Under the orientation of the Half Moons, even the lowliest beasts could prove to be the deadliest foes, as they move as one, strike as one creature, strong, fast, and deadly as a Lunar. This Charm affects all creatures the Lunar commands via Pack-Forming Presence. For the remainder of the scene, they add the Lunar's Essence to all combat actions.

Dance of the Wicked Beasts
Cost: 7 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple

Prerequisite Charms: Army of Nature Methodology
The Lunar is not only able to command the animals as one, but to make them move in an ever-shifting dance of deadly misdirection, with the playful smile of Luna leading all who fight them to look the other way, and fall to their deaths. This Charm affects all creatures the Lunar commands via Pack-Forming Presence. For the remainder of the scene, their opponents receive a penalty to all defenses equal to the Lunar’s Intelligence, and have a difficulty to hit the creatures equal to half the Lunar's Essence(rounded up).

Alpha Majesty Attittude
Cost: 3 motes, 1 willpower

Prerequisite Charms: Bestial Soul Meditation, Pack-Forming Presence
The Lunar, in harmony with the Beast within, empowers it with Essence, turning his idealized version of his totem animal into a majestic beast, a king of his kind, second only to an Animal Avatar. While the Lunar is in his Totem Form, all members of his species that meet the Lunar will pay deference to him, never harm him, unless the Lunar provokes such( and even then they will stop the attack as soon as they can ) and obey any of his commands, long as they are not suicidal. Familiars are exempt from this, but they still feel compelled to help. This converts half the Lunar’s Essence(rounded up) in dice in automatic successes on any roll using Charisma with Lunars of a totem in the same species, Familiars, or spirits of a like disposition.

King of Nature Attittude
Cost: 6 motes, 1 willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Alpha Majesty Stance
The Lunar Totem's majesty now exceeds beyond the realm of his own species - while he is in his Totem Form, all those of his same family ( All lupines, or all felines, or all arachnids...) who meet the Lunar pay deference to him, and will not do him or his’ any harm, unless the Lunar provokes such( and even then they will stop the attack as soon as they can ) and obey any of his commands, as long as they are not suicidal. Familiars are exempt from this, but they still feel compelled to help. This converts half the Lunar’s Essence( rounded up ) in dice in automatic successes on any roll using Charisma with Lunars of a totem in the same family, Familiars, or spirits of a like disposition. Moreover, he is respected by all those in his midst – prey runs away from him if he is a predator, predators stay away from him if he is prey. When said predators or prey are being forced by others – hounds on a leash, warhorses – to attack the Lunar, they need to make a Valor roll at difficulty 2. Familiars do need to make this roll.

Avatar of Nature Attittude

The Lunar's Majesty transcends the realm of beasts, and he becomes the living embodiment of his species, second to none - only the Animal Avatars are his equals. When in his Totem Form, the Lunar may not be harmed by those of the same species as his own, no matter what he does, and he may issue even suicidal commands to them. Familiars now obey his commands, as long as they are not suicidal, or to attack the Familiar's master. This converts the Lunar’s Essence in dice in automatic successes on any roll using Charisma with Lunars of a totem in the same species, Familiars, or spirits of a like disposition.

Empowering the Bestial Kin
Cost: 1 mote per 2 dots, 1 willpower
Duration: A Lunar Month
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Pack-Forming Presence.
The Lunar spreads his anima in silver light, subtly changing beasts in his presence, making them faster, stronger. He may then commit 1 mote to increase the attributes of any creature of the same species as his Totem Animal(including Beastmen) by two dots. The Lunar may not affect more creatures than twice his Essence, or add more dots to their attributes than his Charisma. The Lunar may pay a number of experience points equal to the number of motes committed for this Charm if this power is used on his Familiar, freeing the commitment and making the changes permanent. The Familiar does not count against the maximum number of beasts this charm may be used on, then, but the Familiar may not benefit from both the temporary and permanent iterations of this Charm at once.

Pack of the Silver Moon
Cost: 10 motes, 2 willpower
Duration: A Lunar Month
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Empowering the Bestial Kin.
Shining as the Moon itself, the Lunar touches his Pack, and leaves a tiny slivers of his divinity in them – for as long as this Charm lasts, they fight with the power of Luna. The Lunar may not affect more creatures with this than twice his Essence, and they must be from the same species as the Lunar's Totem Animal(this includes Beastmen). All the beasts touched by his power receive an Essence Pool equal to four times the Lunar’s Charisma, and a number of Charms the Lunar knows equal to his Charisma. The Lunar may pay a number of experience points equal to his Charisma if this power is used on his Familiar, freeing the commitment and making the changes permanent. The Familiar does not count against the maximum number of beasts this charm may be used on, then, but the Familiar may not benefit from both the temporary and permanent iterations of this Charm at once.

Lord of All Beasts Prana

Duration: Permanent
Type: Special
Minimum Charisma: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Empowering the Bestial Kin.
All animals are as one to the Lunar. He is the lord of all beasts, able to empower any and all of them as readily as those who share his own soul. This Charm enhances Empowering the Bestial Kin, and similar Charms - the Lunar may now use it to enhance any sort of beast. This includes Beastmen.

Pack of the Shifting Moon
Cost: 1 mote per Mutation Point, 1 willpower
Duration: A Lunar Month
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Lord of All Beasts Prana.
The Lunar spreads his anima in silver light, and as it touches the beasts on his Presence, it shifts them, molding them to the Lunar’s whims, making them powerful Chimeras. He may then commit 1 mote to give the beasts a Mutation Point. The Lunar may not affect more creatures than twice his Essence, or add more mutations than his Charisma. The Lunar may pay a number of experience points equal to the number of motes committed for this Charm if this power is used on his Familiar, freeing the commitment and making the changes permanent. The Familiar does not count against the maximum number of beasts this charm may be used on, then, but the Familiar may not benefit from both the temporary and permanent iterations of this Charm at once.
