Appearance
Helena was short and slender, with long white hair, prone to wear light white robes most of the time. Her clothing was usually designed more to survive disaster than to look particularly elegant, though she looked good in almost anything.
Personality:
Helena was a very inquisitive woman, and also very much a merry prankster who greatly enjoyed shaking up people she thought were too full of themselves. This did not do much to advance her military career, contributing to why she left the military after a few decades of being stuck at the rank of Captain. She was a skillful writer and poet, and several of her books are still read today. She especially enjoyed parodying some of the great epics.
Helena was also very fascinated by the elemental courts, and put a lot of effort into learning about them.
History:
Ledaal Helena was born the second daughter of a minor, but wealthy branch of the Ledaals. She showed great intellect as a child, so she was sent off to the Heptagram, where she flourished and took great interest in the elemental courts. Upon graduation, she ended up joining the army as a military sorceror; she served in that regard for forty years. During that time, she met Sesus Nybraxus and they eventually got married. When he left the army, she left with him to help manage his family's estates.
She ended up bearing him four children, and joining him on his many adventures when not busy with new children. She also, unfortunately, shared his tragic fate of death in the wilderness.
Storyteller's Notes:
Lady Ledaal Helena is a 150 XP character, deceased in the present, though she could easily be made a contemporary.
