The Exalted are the chosen servants of the gods, rightful custodians of Creation, and this spell reminds those who meet the sorcerer of this vital truth. Developed by Teresu Gido in order to facilitate his dealings with local spirits, it serves as powerful symbol of the mighty role held by the Chosen of the Gods.

When this spell is cast, the Chosen's anima banner flares to its full iconic level and remains that way for the duration of the spell. Until the sun next crosses the horizon, the Exalt adds his Permanent Essence in automatic successes to any Social roll made against a spirit or elemental (but not demon, who care little about the hierarchy of Creation save as a target of their vengeance). In addition, the difficulty to use any Compassion- or Conviction-based Charm against the wielder is raised by the sorcerer's Permanent Essence as well (this effect does apply to demons).

Any spirit or elemental with the right to live in Yu-Shan ignores both effects of this spell, and may be inclined to consider it bullying.
